What's the main scent in that one?

A mix of peppermint, wintergreen, and earthy notes as well as menthol. Really nice.

The performance is fantastic, and the menthol is very strong for a non-glacial, but I’m still trying to fully appreciate the scent. It took me a while to come around with Ozark Mountain, and now it’s on my forever list. Hopefully that happens with Frozen Tundra too.

This is my third haul with bath soaps(12 at a rip), and my first shot at the shave soaps and AS. Man, Stirling is straight killing it in all departments. The bath soaps are super nice, as in I no longer have Uber dry skin. Shave soaps are easy to lather, slick and protective. AS leaves me feeling great post shave. Not that I need to tell anyone here this, but I gotta tell someone. And the scents, oh man the scents. I’ve tried in the neighborhood of 19 scents in bath soap and I’ve not found one I truly disliked. My only gripe with Stirling is the discontinuation of the Rose scent.

On the the real reason for this post other than to gush. I just ripped open a bar of Scots Pine Sheep. It’s my first go at a sheep soap and the lather produced seemed different than the normal soaps. My question to you all is it just me or is it actually different. If so, is there a difference between the two in shave soap as well?

It's not you. The mutton tallow does produce a different lather. Better, actually. I have used the shaving soap, not the bath soap. I don't know whether it matters as much in the bath soap, but the shaving soaps are awesome.

That dude has been working 70+ hour weeks in the field, and can only hit a post office between 9-12 on Saturday’s, if he’s home, and can drive into town.

I made it so far as to pack it with my work crap this week, but that didn’t pan out either.

I apologize for being slow. If you’ve followed me long, you know I always am. It’s coming.

Today was MITA..........and it was perfect, as expected.
It will forever be in my lineup.

I'm now convinced that Clubman picked up on Stoylin's idea of alcohol aftershaves, with their 3 "Clubman Reserve" offerings. Doc Pinaud learns from Doc Ezlovan..

That Frozen Tundra soap is such a delight. Its menthol effect may not be as strong as what the Glacials give but it's strong enough to blow many other mentholated soaps out of the water. The scent reminds me a little of Glacial Wintergreen and the lather as well as the skincare are dynamite.

I’ve got the Pinaud booze collection, and give it high marks. With Stirling’s MITA and G&T being such successes a Pinaud exec could have hatched a plan based on those products. Who knows.

I just realized I haven’t yet followed up G&T with Gents Gin! Apparently typing out my ideas forces me to think a little more critically.

I'm currently enjoying Gent's Gin. I think I want the Whiskey Woods next(in fact, that was my original plan, but it was sold out when I went to order it, thus I settled for GG).

Where IS Doc Ezlovan these days? Hopefully busy concocting some more of his "cologne dupes".

My favorite is actually Brandy Spice. Very light and fruity. My 6+ yr old son asks for a swipe down his cheeks quite often too. :)

John, it was just so funny the way he said that so casually in the interview(Maggard Meet a couple years ago). :).

Paul, I hope that is exactly what he is doing. He does a great job with "cologne dupes". And, I enjoy your repeating what he said :)

I just got an e-mail that said Stirling deodorants are now available. I'd like to try it while they are on sale, but can anyone tell me if they will melt in a hot, humid Georgia mailbox? I'm thinking it may be best to avoid the sale price and purchase when the weather cools down.

I got that one, too.....I'm on NB18 anyway, thus I'll have to see what's still available next year.

Yes, the description on the web sites states that they will melt. We're actually getting a break from the heat in Indy for the next few days. Below 80 until Thursday. So I think I'll give it a shot.
