Just got done feasting on Prime Rib, twice baked potatoes, asparagus and some rolls. Good eats.

Merry Christmas Ray I think you are the only one I haven't said it to yet.

 

I asked what to bring. I was told ice. So back off.
Got Every Man Jack, body wash, soap bar, face lotion, shave cream and travel size of everything for about $15 at target. Used the body wash today, not bad. I have used the face scrub before too.

 

Yup, I usually avoid meat but christmas is just one of those days.

haha very nice I got a super cool mini fridge.


I forgot to tell you guys, I spoke for a while on AIM with one of my roommates last night (Maria, the one in the single) and she seems absolutely great. I don't think I have anything to worry about.

Hey Tracy. I really miss good prime rib from up that way. Some of the best beef around and cheap. You don't appreciate how inexpensive PR is until you move someplace that doesn't produce it. Good meal you had. Now go take a nap.

You really should try the horseradish covered prime rib, good stuff. My brother in law has one of those green egg cookers and it makes the best darn prime rib.

 

Too late in the day for nap. If I nap now I will feel like crap later. Must stay awake and eat more.

What else is available at the pot luck Ray? If you read my earlier rant, you know I'm looking. May have to swing by and pilfer some goods!

 

My guess Shep, mutliple roommates but one gets a single room the others share a room. My guess. I was going to ask the same thing.

I know there is ham, pork roast, turkey, every side item. About 40 or so to eat. We share this dinner with the civilian side of the building also.

 

I'm guessing quilt technology has come a long way. If you saw or remembered, Mrs. Shep got me a new (thin) bed quilt as a present. The old one was on it's last legs. Anyways I don't like thick blankets and stuff so she gets me this really thin quilt. Holy Hellsinki this thing is hot! Had to turn on the fan and crank down the heater last night. Shep was sweatin' in bed!

 

Guess I'll go get some ham and ham right now. Me hungry again!

 

I am the same Sheppy. I like a thin blanket. This morning during the nap I got cold and had to pull one of the wife's blankets over mine. My blanket is a thin blue fleecy one that gets used summer and winter. What did you get?
do you also not share a blanket with the wife? I sleep on my half with my own blanket. she likes to cover up with 6 of them.

 

Hi Shep and Ray! See yall had a good Christmas. Reading you Every man Jack comments......I still dont understand the whole face soap/scrub thing. Unless of course you are trying to get off the nights before mascara and make up I figure i you use a good moisturizing soap then you should be set....but thats just me. 45 minutes until my prime rib dinner and let me tell you....this place smells incredible!

I dont have a pinto. Shep like to pick on me. I have a Prius. The face scrub really helps lift the whiskers pre shave/

 

Sounds good Ray. I am fortunate enough to have my whisker standing up at all times I do have a face scrub in the shower though. When are we going to talk about more deodorant? I wore the Aubrey today but really contemplating going to the rock.
