I feel the same way brother. Sucks to have a job you can’t leave at work. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Just rub some toothpaste lightly to remove the water spots. That’s exactly what I’ve done. It will patina right back up in a couple of uses. Brass polish like Bar Keepers and Brasso have abrasives that might remove the matt finish. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Clint, thanks for the advice. I saw on another site, were a guy used Cape Cod tarnishing cloth on the Karve and it looked amazing. I have heard of people using Ketchup on brass, what is that all about. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I use the Cape Cod cloth on my Timeless Bronze. I wipe it down with the Cape Cod cloth then wipe it again with a clean dry microfiber cloth. Quick and easy. Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk
July 29th Razor: Timeless .95 SC Blade: Treet Platinum (2) Brush: SOC badger Pre shave: Stirling mentholated Soap: Soap Commander Wisdom Thayers Lavender AS: Fine Lavender Pour Homme Good morning! A great shave to start the day! The left hand was better today, still not natural though. I do feel progress with each shave. The Fine Lavender Pour Homme pairs nicely with the Soap Commander Wisdom. I feel good and I smell good! Have a great day! Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk
Yesterday’s shave was nothing short of perfect. Fantastic lather from the SC, and the amazing post shave feel reminded me of why I enjoy this soap so much. A Feather Super in the General easily provides the smoothest, closest shave of any safety razor I’ve ever had.
Razorock Game Changer Gillette 7 o clock yellow(1) Fendrihan Synthetic Musgo Real Oakmoss Nivea aftershave lotion This morning I realized I hadn't taken my shave creams out for awhile, so I grabbed one of my favorites. Loaded a fresh Gillette yellow, I forgot how sharp and smooth these blades can be. I then proceeded to execute great 3 pass BBS shave. Have great Sunday everyone. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I am not a veggie/fat WWF cage fight kind of guy, but generally my favorite soaps tend to be tallow based. (mutton....) I have tried and kept some vegan soaps that really rock performance wise, but SC leaves my face feeling like the back of a hot chick I want to rub tanning oil on. Not sure if it’s a heavy on the Shea Butter thing or what. I really love SC. Edit*** Corrected a typo.
Thank you, Sir. Simpson does a good job with a darker resin. So does Epsilon, BTW. Seems like “Butterscotch” could just as well be “Blaze Orange” now a days.
