nordstroms has some of the creams, not sure about cologne.

if you send them a request they will send you a sample of most if not all the colognes they have.

Michael, dont know about t&h at stores. I do have 1805 and WIL at home and they smell great.

 

I have the sample pack of cremes and a/s just want to go into a store to buy it.

I am thinking that tonight is gonna be a baked stuffed chicken tonight for supper. I have got to get back more on my diabetic diet. All you diabetics out there know how hard it is this time of year and the Bunny has been slipping.

On a good note the weather is very nice here is South Louisiana. I have a new pipe to smoke and lots a time to smoke it today. WOOHOO!!

Some times I think it would be better to be on insulin. I have been fighting to stay on meds. use to walk like 5 miles a day.. grrrrr not anymore.. I need to get back into it.

They charge for the sampler now but still worth it....they have the creams, edts, and AS sampler.

 

Oh. I got a sample of the ultimate comfort line preshave oil, sc and AS and a 6 or so Cologne samples, free, this was back a few months ago though. I just emailed them. are the samples you are describing ones you have to order from the website?

Shawn have you ever got the fragrance sampler from Penhaligans?

Tracy, I use an Origins face scrub once in awhile Modern friction I think it's called. I use it maybe one or 2 times a month not everyday.

Fuzzy, I used a Gem for yesterdays shave.

I have not got the sampler yet but have sampled quite a few from Rorschuck. I would like to get the big one but I did my research and chose the Penhaligons, floris, and Creed fragrances that sounded interesting. He doesnt have them all but a nice selection. The English Fern is my fav so far though. Not huge on frangrances but feel special using the higher end stuff Makes me feel rich

I don't wear fragrances too much, I actually would be find with samples, they would probably last me years.
I got some EF, Douro and endymion samples when I got some EF soap pucks. I like the EF and Endymion and was thinking of getting the sampler, but I'll check the B&B guy out.

 

Come now Bong more details... Don't make me got out the bright lights and electro machine to get info.

I completely forgot that I had a sample of the Pen English Fern I couldve dropped in the package today Its an acquired smell but I think it smells heavenly. The Endymion(sp?) smells very good as well....it took some time to grow on me but does smell good

 

It gave a pretty good shave, Quick and easy to use. I think I need to have a little more practice with it to figure out what angle to have the head.
I feel like I can get a closer shave with a slant, but I haven't used them side by side using the same cream, same pre shave prep, same blade, ect ect.
I did give myself a pretty good nick near my throat, but I was being a bit careless.
Nice change of pace though. I'll keep you updated.

 

You have to run the head almost against the face.. very flat angle I find.. keep at it.. you can retire the Slant.

not every day Trace. Every other day or 3 times a week. or less if I dont think about it. i have men-u face soap and SCS tea tree face scrub in the shower. and cetaphil.

 

I dont know if I will ever go back to my Gem Fuzzy. not a fun shave that day.
the only razor I would add right now is a slant. I have HD, flair tip, open comb, gem, and adj.

 

The slant is the ticket. Ray I am sending Dom a slant the first of the year to try out. If he doesn't like it I will have him send it to you to try. They are awesome. I will, some day, try the Gems that Fuzzy raves about. Part of me doesn't want to try them because I don't want to find I need more razors.

 

yeah you mentioned the Dom thing a few ago. I am not in a hurry. I love the adj. I bought at BST. I am not sure why a slant is even necessary when you have an adj.
