I can vote on breakfast. Breakfast is a good thing. I miss breakfast too often.

It's blazing in Florida. I think there's a warm front down here. Yesterday was 80 degrees.

 

Hmm... secret sneaky agencies. Great stuff.

Freezing rain all night, so about 1/2 inch of ice on everything. Yippee.

I have found now that I am used to the Sharp Edges that everything else seems to pull and drag in comparison. I have a hard time shaving even with my old reliable razor/blade combos.

Yeah I know. You have zero sympathy; I remember. The flip side is when it's 115 here in August and your enjoying 65 deg. evenings w/ your windows open.

I don't do breakfast much either. It doesn't sit right with me unless I've got a lazy day ahead of me. I hate a full belly when I've go to get out the door and get to it. Sounds counter intuitive I know, but what can I say?

I prefer a small breakfast over a big breakfast on days I need to get up and out. One of my favorite breakfasts is the Japanese traditional breakfast.

Rice, grilled and salted salmon, various pickles (daikon, radish, etc.), sour plums, miso soup, soy beans, and strips of dried seaweed. Very light, very healthy, and delicious.
