Are either of you fans of citrus scents? I'm looking for a new cologne.

 

not really...I'm just starting to come around to lime scented products...they're ok so far, but I'm not nuts for them like some people seem to be...sorry

 

What!!! Shawn hacked my myspace page!?! This is going in my report too! There's really nothing I can post better than his own loopy, goofy-grin, Christmas tree post so I won't even try to even the score.

Spent a couple hours locked out as usual. That's going to be a daily occurrence I'm afraid. But I'm home now and chillin' out. Tired as hell though. Me no likey the 5am wake up.

Got the TSD pachouli in the mail today. Have to give that a try here in the next day or two. So what's the haps this evening?

what is the patchouli? cream/soap/as?

I got a couple brushes and some belgian stones, and some SE blades from Rodd in the mail today. I've gone a bit SBAD as of late

what's up with the whole being locked out thing?

 

No biggie, I'm really not either a big scent guy. It's nice once in awhile
as far as the lime scent goes.....Burnwood.

 

I love citrus scents but honestly dont own any. I have quite a few oceanic ones and I really enjoy the clean crisp ones, St.James, T&H Freshman, Lacoste Essentials, and a few others but no citrus. I tried the T&H WIL but couldnt wear it all day. I have Hermes Orange? which is quite nice but not my fav.

 

It's a soap. Kind of an earthy tone to it. A little weird. We'll see how it lathers up and smells then. Shawn says it smells like 'bud'. That should go over big at work.

 

Dunno. It's really weird. I cruise along for awhile just fine and then my browser won't connect to TSD servers. Says there is a communication problem. I can hit every other website in the world except this one. Sometimes it's for a 1/2 hour, other times all day. I think there's gremlins or something conspiring to conspire against me!

 

Really, what's wrong with the WIL? That's one I have been thinking of tracking down.
I don't really care for orange scents, it's a bit too fake usually, but I like lime/lemon scents.

 

Shep, Let us know about the Patchouli. Just think if we did have the hair care section and you could review your Garnier Fructis? Hey....not knocking it.....I used to use one of there products. It might flop but what do you think the guy that invented the pet rock thought when he started?

 

That would be aggravating. Have you tried to use a proxy?

 

It has been pretty slow in here today. Holiday aftermath and being the weekend probably accounts for the slowness.

I didn't think the soap smelled like bud. More of a mossy, woodsy smell. Oh wait, that is bud, never mind.

Cooking up some lasagna for dinner. Good stuff.

Shep I notice the home page shows you logged in during the day. I take it you can get the site up but can't post on it?

 

what the heck are belgian stones?

 

They are for sharpening straight razors. I picked one up a few weeks ago just for kicks. Gives a good shave, only have used it 3 times.

Tried that yesterday. Not allowed. We have pretty hefty firewalls and filters in place. I'm assuming it's a combo problem between our servers and TSD's. After a period of time, they don't like talking to each other anymore.

Well that's interesting. I do keep a page open pretty much all day. Whether or not I'm active is another story. But what I'm seeing on my end is one of those Windows error pages. So no, I'm not seeing the TSD page at all when this issue flares up. Sparky is in the loop on this thing, and doesn't seem to be able to come up w/ a work around. Not his fault. Like I said; gremlins!

 

Alright boys. Time to eat some dinner, play with the baby and hit the sack early. Got another 5am wake-up tomorrow. :mad:

Shep that is a little strange. I agree with you, definately gremlins. You must have fed them after midnight again.
