    Karve E Plate
    Feather
    Shavemac D01 3 Band
    Soapy Science Citrus Lollipop
    Myrsol Agua de Limón

The little Shavemac loaded and lathered the SS Lollipop Citrus with ease. I stayed with the E plate for the shave this morning and went with a 2 pass shave. Starting ATG for the first pass the E plate is noticeably smoother than the F. Not quite as smooth as the D but much closer to the D than the F. After the second pass, I touched up along my jaw line and lower right neck. However, I did not chase the baby this morning and ended just short of a perfect shave. A splash of Thayer's Witch Hazel followed by the Myrsol Limón and I am off to find traffic. I hope everyone has a great Wednesday.

Prep: Cold water and Stirling mentholated pre-shave soap
    Blade: vintage Personna Chrome
    Razor: Schick M1 injector
    Brush: Surrey badger (restored)
Soap: RazoRock "What The Puck" Blue Barbershop
Post: Witch hazel, RazoRock Blue Barbershop aftershave

Nice and easy shave with this combination. This RazoRock Blue Barbershop soap is quite nice. It's harder triple milled soap, so I take my time loading and super gooped it into fantastic lather. The one drawback is the container size is fairly small. But for about $6 per tub I can overlook that. Nice shave in the end.

    Enjoy your day!

I skipped posting yesterday, as things just seem to be a bit hectic at the moment. My kids start back to school this morning, so I am going to work a bit late to take them today. I got a nice shave with this wonderful scent, and even got to shave with my son as he had woken up early being so excited for his first day of school. Today is looking like a good day so far. I hope everyone has a great day!

Well, fellas........first shave in with the Dorco 6(+1). Of course I'll be trying different approaches each time, but I was pretty comfortable with the opener. Two passes-that second pass was NEEDED more than a "ah, what the heck, why waste the soap" pass. I went "North to South" on the face, "South To North" on the neck. I mention that rather obvious detail because I missed a few areas over the upper-lip. The video man yesterday made the point of don't do it ATG to avoid the ingrown hairs, but with the Gillette Sensor Deuce I would go ATG in some areas anyway, so I might try that with the Dorco in the areas I missed this morning.. I';ll be most interested to see if I can succeed with just the one pass with canned shaving cream(I normally do just one anyway,, but I'd hate to miss a few areas. With Rise, I can just apply it dry and kill off what I miss.) Anyway, this razor went right to work for me. Very good :).
