  1. I am digging the business talk going on here.
  2. I wish I could have at this place yesterday. Not a fan but outdoors sounds cool.

  3. I just mentioned what I ship. We own 6 other stores. So we get a fairly good rate as is. I'm sure it will get better, too.

I also wish I was there. Chicago is my favorite team. Was awesome to watch.

  4. That would have been cool
  5. I really considered getting tickets. How often do you get to see them play outdoors? I should have went.
  6. The chances of you having gotten tickets are terrible. You could probably have been struck by lightning easier.

Then again, if you have a lot of money nothing is impossible.

To answer the question of how often, Chicago probably won't happen again. You'll se at least two teams play every January 1st, though.
  7. With 6 stores you must be getting a pretty darn good rate.
  8. Not bad. The only thing I don't like about UPS is all the BS charges on the back end.
  9. I agree with you on that. The one thing about UPS is that when they damage something I usually get taken care of pretty well. It is a big PITA to go thru the steps but I always get my money. I am not sure how USPS would work in these cases.
  10. Not sure about that as well.

Fedex ships our incoming freight from SOA and they always send me a check without asking questions. UPS hasn't done too much damage believe it or not.
  11. I have been pleased with both UPS and Fedex in the damage area. Some people complain but I bet I am lucky to have 1-2 claims a year. I would love to have none but they are human and make mistakes. Always seems to be glass related damage and that is usually a sign that my guys didn't pack it good enough and I still get paid.
  12. I was at my local post office today. The workers get a C, not bad, not great. The customers get an F. 75% do not speak english and 20% cant remember whey they are there. 5% seem to be okay.

  13. I told you to start remembering why you were at the post office, Ray.
  14. I'm back...cleaning up some antique store scores... who're Pepe, ChiChi, and Iguana? don't know them
  15. Like I said, I always get paid. Usually the damage is something stupid (punctured bumper cover or shattered glass) but sometimes it's a shortage. They pay either way.
  16. Alrighty then, I'm back. Three days off from work meant not a lot of time in here so it took me a bit to catch up. I see the Noxema thread went down. The only thing I know about Noxema is my sisters used to slather it all over their faces as teenagers to keep the zits from popping. Who knew it could turn into such a controversial topic?

I tried the Musgo shave sample and it worked pretty good. Problem is the sample containers are a tad small and you don't quite get enough cream I think. That may have been my problem w/ the Speick cream too. Hard tellin.

I did shave #2 w/ a 7o'clock yellow today and TOBS Eton College. Pretty nice shave but some remaining stubble. Maybe the Red IP's are the best for me after all. I'm not 100% satisfied w/ them either but may have to live w/ them. We'll see. Still have some other blades to try.

So it's day two of '09. What's happenin?
  17. Nice snags while 'tiqueing. Matt

I was at the antique store too, but didn't buy anything.
I got a package of colognes from Shawn, my fingers smell purdy.

Ray I was at the PO today too, I don't know why it was so crazy busy today.
  18. Im here for a second......just watched forgetting sarah marshall.....movie night.....we went to get 4 movies and 16 books so we are set for the weekend....getting too old I guess and we dont even have kids:(
  19. Shawn, I got the good ;)
