    A Stirling SEptember

Prep: Cold water and Stirling mentholated pre-shave soap
    Blade: Personna Ultra Chrome
    Razor: Personna injector
    Brush: Surrey restored badger
    Soap: Stirling Green
Post: Witch hazel, Country Club for Men Modern Fougere aftershave

Nice and easy shave with the Personna injector and vintage Personna Ultra Chrome blade. Been a while since I've used this razor. It's quite mild but efficient and easy to use. I enjoy it. All came together nicely.

    Enjoy your day!

    Williams Wednesday's Shave
    [IMG]

    Cold Water Wash
    Williams Mug Shave Soap
    Jayaruh #314
    eBarbershop Schick O Clone
    Schick Twin Blade
    CWR
    FD Old Spice AS

My prep was just a cold water rinse. The Williams Mug Shave Soap face lathered well with the Jayaruh #314 badger brush. I did two passes with the eBarbershop Schick O Clone Safety Razor with a Schick Twin Blade and ended up with a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse, I finished off with FD Old Spice AS. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

This was actually my first time shaving with the 1914, I found it much more comfortable then then 1924.

  20. There was a pass-around once with a 1912, a 1914, and a 1924 in the box. You could try all three. The 1912 was fine. The 1924 was sort of a beast, and the 1914 was okay, but I recall something about the handles of the 14 and 24 that wasn't the best. Maybe they were sort of short? Can't recall, but I agree with you that the 1914 was more comfortable than the 1924 in my recollection.
