Todays, shave was with a Newly Acquired, Restored, and Honed Razor. I had a smooth 2 pass shave, that left me near BBS. Just a little touch up on the chin would have it. This was an interesting razor, From Sweden. The Blade is very thin and warped, but takes a wicked edge. Razor- Joh. Engstrom. Eskilstuna, Sweden Brush- JR#262. Silvertip by WD. Soap- Arko/Sandalwood Aftershave- Shulton Old Spice. Ships Lantern Decanter.

The refresh went well and to be able to put an edge on it is a great feeling! I really enjoyed the kamisori style shave, even if it was a “western”style...I see a traditional kamisori in my future... @Steve56 nice wood scales on the Friodur! What type Wood?

Today's shave was with a Newly acquired, Restored, and Honed Razor. I had a really pleasant 2 pass shave, that left me with a BBS face. These old Wedges are fun to shave with, but tricky to hone, at times. Razor- George Wostenholm & Son. "Pipe Razor", 7/8th inch Wedge. Brush- B400 By Tom(@twhite ). WD boar knot Soap- Arko/Sandalwood Aftershave- Vintage Avon Spicy. Viking Horn Decanter

GD 66 La Toja Shave Stick Nivea Sensitive Mentholated 1/4 Moon Turn N Shave Custom Brush Not a bad night for a shave. I don't think I'll be shaving my face with anything but straights.
Today's shave was with a Newly Acquired, Restored, and Honed American Made Razor. I had a very very smooth, 2 pass shave, that left me BDBS. Only one tiny nick, my fault, I was in a hurry. Non Bleeder. Wonderful razor, and very well made. I think some American Made razors, are made with better steel, and better crafted that some of the big named Razors from Solingen, and Sheffield. Razor- Geneva Cutlery Corp. Geneva New York Brush- B400, By Tom. Whipped Dog Boar. Shed 11 hairs. Soap- Arko/Sandalwood scented Aftershave- Shulton Old Spice
