I hope I got everyone. Thank you all for your kindness, and thoughts and prayers. It is greatly appreciated. His oldest son has downs and depends on his family and his other son was just about to start his first term of college. It really makes you value the simple everyday blessings we frequently overlook in daily life.

    SUNDAY'S SHAVE

Bath Soap - Shulton Old Spice "Fresh Lime" (circa 1974)
Razor - Gillette Superspeed (circa 1947-1952) (Re-plated in Nickel Finish byRazor Emporium)
    Blade - [IMG] *5th shave
Shave Brush - Declaration Grooming "Fatty" in custom green color
Shave Cream - Proctor & Gamble Old Spice "Fresh Lime"
Suribachi Lather Bowl handmade by Of the Dirt Pottery
Talc Deodorant - Shulton Old Spice Lime (circa 1967-1970)
Aftershave - Shulton Old Spice Lime (circa 1966-1976)
Fragrance - Shulton Old Spice Lime Cologne Splash (circa 1966-1976)

****EDIT - That lather came out great today. The best method I found with the lather bowl is to very slowly add small drops of water and work the lather, then more drops until it looks like cool whip. The key is to add only 'drops' of water and not put too much water in at first. I noticed that when I put the same amount of water in, but all at once before lathering, the lather would look thinner and too airy, but when adding just like 3-4 drops at a time in between working up lather, it comes out amazing.

And this was a 10 out of 10 shave today. I didn't list it, but I put on some pre-shave oil because my skin just felt too dry out of the shower. The 3-pass + cleanup came out great. Score another perfect shave for the Superspeed + BiC-Chrome-Platinum combo. I have a cup of my special coffee during the shave, Peet's Major Dickason's Blend. It has been a great start to my Sunday morning in the Pacific Time Zone. Just in time to watch the pre-game reports on football and smell my vintage Old Spice Lime in the air. Life is pretty good. :)

I hope you do better with the C-man shave soap than I did. Doc Pinaud needs to have that in a larger size.

    Early Schick I (55) Razor
    Personna PTFE Blade
    Omega 10065 Boar Brush
    Omega Shave Cream
    Dickinson's Witch Hazel
    Aqua Velva Musk After Shave

After not shaving for a few days and having a pretty heavy beard, I went with three passes while taking my time. Ended up with a very smooth and comfortable BBS shave.
