Here are my Thu. Fri. Saturday night Shaves wit the NEW PAA DOC 'ASCENSION' - This one is a aluminum razor with a Ball Tip (just like Gillette Tech's but fatter). I have the PAA DOC. The Cheap Chinese Yaqi DOC (typical China made product that is a rip off of American made products / that is what china does best, rip off American products). Now I understand the DOC is copy of a old and very hard to find Safety Razor but PAA was the first to resurrect the ingenious Double Open Comb design. 1st Yaqi, than RazoRock decided to do there own DOC's. Well PAA now has the ultimate DOC! IMHO this is the best.. The price is really good, there is NO overhang - long cap, and yes you can adjust the aggression, its not a numbered adjustable - but its a simple adjustable. you get a 1/4 play to adjust the aggression - so if it is really tight its mild - if its slightly snug enuff where it wont move than its more aggressive. I love this razor! such a ez and efficient bbs, also its Aluminum & I personally like and enjoy a lighter razor - yes a heavy solid stainless steal razor is cool and manly , but I don't really need that extra weight.

Today's shave was with a Newly Acquired, Complete Restore, and Freshly Honed razor. I had a very smooth 2 pass shave, no touch-ups, that left me with a BBS shave. Zero issues. This razor takes a scary sharp edge. It isn't a beauty, because it was almost solid rust, when I got it, but it sure can shave.

Thank you, sir. I have one of the first batches of Morocco before they tweaked it. This batch is overwhelming with cade and the rose is barely perceptible. Catie's Bubbles' Dirty Prose was an excellent topper. I highly recommend this combo.
