5 tubes? What do you need with 5 tubes? Can't you pick it up locally?

No, that one hasn't come yet. I guess the lemon scent is really light, that's part of the reason the guy was selling it. I did get the cella though, the tub looks 90% full.

I initally said yes, then said no. I thought it was pretty spendy for a glycerin soap.

What is the status of that anyways?

Is there a problem with AOS scent fading? I told you my lavender smelled like clay but maybe it was real and the scent faded? AOS said otherwise but maybe embarassed? Never used my online coupon though:( I think aged stuff seems to lose it scent escpecially older soaps. Older creams start smelling....artificial? I had some old DR Harris Arlington that smelled horrible along with DR harris sandalwood that smelled synthetic as hell.

Up to 25 I see but not a member. I would rather buy JoAnna's for a third of the price. Not to knock QED but it is just glycerine and not worth the $$$

Maybe they are just very lightly scented. The NIB AOS sandalwood mostly smells of just soap, though it is wrapped in cellophane there is not an overwhelming sandalwood scent in it. The Harris soaps are very light in scent too, from what I
I didn't know about JoAnna's soaps at the time, but I felt the same way in that what they were looking for at a pricepoint of glycerin soap was pretty high.

I believe the equation includes shipping to him and to you though so the actual soap might only be $12 or so. Charles is a pleasure to deal with but never have figured out why he needs a min of 50? I know most soap makers can make custom indivual tubs of soap;) It was kind of funny seeing the comments near the end of the thread however. So true!

You would assume that if Charles has such a demand for these custom scents or even his FO Wild Rose he would just make the stuff permanent? But that would drive the demand down. Hell I couldnt even get rid of some Wild Rose on the B/S/T. He really needs to update the dinosaur website also.

I already have a ton of glycerine soaps and I don't really use them that often.
I got a sample of the subzero SC, I'm eager to give that a try.
I used the Tabula Rosa yesterday. Skin felt great, but I can still feel a bit of stubble, maybe the feather was getting long in the teeth.

Is today another day of football on the boob tube?

I will watch Football today but still bummed. Let me know about the subzero SC. I have My Time Bath&body menthol 10/10 which is WAY too much. I also have Mama Bears Awakenings and Pirate Cove Menthol which is pretty potent as well. I went through my balls to the wall menthol bombs but much more prefer Omega or just an AS splash with menthol. Awakenings and MTB&B make my face lose all feeling in it. Thank god its slick b/c I couldnt hacked my face up pretty bad.

    Sorry about the Falcons.
Have you tried any of the anherb AS gel or conditioner. It has a sandalwood scent, but it takes some getting used to. I though it smelled odd at first, but it's grown on me and I like it a lot now. It does a great job of soothing/healing after a rough shave.

Nope....I think I am done with AS for a while. I did order the samples from SCS of her avocado balm and SW splash. I am happy with the Nancy Boy gel, TGR ASB, TSD milk, Em's balm, so I am set for the unexpected crap shave:) I am really holding off on getting anything. Got the Alt Innsbruck and Ingrams on the way and probably one more order from TSD and thats it for a while. Maybe just trading and such. Really need to find a job first huh?

    Bong,
Clean out PM box;) You are full!

Ok I cleaned some stuff out.

I think a lot of people fee the same way about the MR balm, that's why I never got it, but I have read others like to mix it with some witch hazel to help thin it out and reduce the tack factor.

Its one of those you want to love but why buy it? Proraso is such a nicer splash. I hear that the pre-formula was so much nicer. supposedly it has witch hazel in it and echinaea? It does smell heavenly though....vetiver and patchouli:) I hope the Innsbruck is all that though as well. If not....at least I know I can sell it fast!
