  1. That’s a unique handle on that GEM... did someone make it for you or did it come that way? Just curious

  6. Those curved caps are awesome. I do not think they help with the shave but they are still a favorite of mine. SHAVE ON!!!

  7. The handle is 2 1/2 inches. It seems to date from about 1925 in waits. I am no expert though. I have a spare if anyone would want one.....

    Tabac A/S Lotion

The Last of My Gem Shaves? well Gem/Ever Ready. Again a razor that I have not used a lot, which seems to be a mistake on my part. Am amazed at the finish quality attained with a waning blade, at the end of a totally enjoyable
smooth and comfortable shave. A lot more blade feel with this Razor than I remembered which helps a lot in determining which areas require the touch ups.

  9. Thanks for your very kind offer Fuzzy, I'll pass.
My Dammo has the same length handle with an hexagonal opening.
Would that be for fitting a stropping handle?

My prep was just a cold water rinse. The Tabac Shave Soap face lathered well with the Jayaruh #319 brush. I did two passes with the Bunny V3 Injector Razor with a Schick Proline B20 Blade and ended up with a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse, I finished off with Tabac AS. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...
