Thank you Jim. I had bought the brush on eBay over a year ago. I used to restore and reknot brushes almost weekly. It was nice to get another one done.

With mine it’s that pesky mailman just keeps putting razors in the box out front. I could go about a month and a half without reusing a razor, although many are in line for restoring. but only a week on soaps or brushes. The hones have been starting to multiply like rabbits, I guess they are going to be requiring adult supervision soon.

    Thank you Andrew.

Update on Mocha. I was concerned that the progress was going slower than I hoped. I took her to our Vet today for an exam and x rays. Really good news. It appears that it is a soft tissue injury that will fully heal over time. Much better than a cancer tumor or ruptured disk in her neck. We will have to prevent her from chasing small animals and such like she was a youngster. Maya and Asha were relieved with the results.

Thank you guys. It really is about the best we could hope for at this point. She’s an old girl that still thinks she can do all the things she could in her youth. I admit I’m guilty of the same thing.

Interesting, Fuzzy. Does that clean your dentures better than a tooth brush? :whacky025:

Thank you Keith. I am very pleased. More importantly the girls are pleased.

Our back lawn has several retaining walls 3-5 feet tall. She jumps on and off of the walls while chasing all the critters. Usually she sprains her leg and its better in a day or so. This time it appears it was her neck. After the vet bills, no more chasing critters.

In some ways a Pass Around is like a PIF. The difference is each participant pays shipping to the next person. Your gear, your rules.

Because of the liability - someone may choose to swipe all your razors and drop off TSD - you can require and administer a list of each participants Name, Phone number (Land Line, Cell, or Work), Address, Blood Type, Underwear size, etc. Screening with accept or deny privileges might require a minimum TSD Membership period. Your Circus - you pick the monkeys.

Upside; as the box moves around additional items might be added, traded, PIF'd.

I'd suggest an announcement thread, followed by a Group PM. The "For Public Consumption" open thread won't have any sensitive personal information. If someone wants in they post their desire. From that point The Leader can do background checks by looking at the prospective's TSD posts, call a vote of trusted Advisors, etc. The Group PM can be for Tracking Numbers, count down to shipping time for each person, etc. One on One PM's for each pass along as needed.

These aren't TSD Rules. Just common sense and my thoughts from hearing about stolen boxes, and from participating in a Soap Pass Around.
