    Thursday's Shave
    5/8 Unbranded Razor
    Had a great shave with this razor .Received her with a lot of five razor .It is basically new old stock .Passed HHT right out of the box.Just did 40 laps on the Strop .
    Whats not to like for $10 Double Jimps,Gold Wash with the Letters Columbian, Blued Tang and Barber Notch .Razor handled very similar to my Boker made in the 1920's .

    Part of the broad A. Kastor & Bros. umbrella of brands. A NY knife maker but imported the Morley brand of razors from Germany between 1913-1927.

    My prep was just a cold water rinse. The Arko Shaving Stick face lathered well with the Jayaruh #317 brush. I did two passes with the Wilbert "Acme" 6/8 Razor and ended up with a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse, I finished off with Vintage English Leather AS. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

    6/8 Waterville
    Maiden Voyage for this lady.
    Had a spectacular shave with this razor .Closest shave of the year .Baby Dolphin smooth .Razor handles fantastic.

    Shave #10 on the Filly edge longevity test. Soap was XPEC unscented lathered with a Simpsons 58. A splash of Lucky Tiger finished things up.

    Another shave with the plated razor. I had a fantastic 2 pass shave, that left me BDBS, on 2 days growth. Still going strong, and zero issues.

    Razor- The Palmer 71. Chicago.
    Brush- Wilkinson Sword Boar
    Soap- Arko/Sandalwood scented
    Aftershave- Arctic Blue.
