Nice! I forgot it came out for the PC, how is the interface? I was thinking about buying that version for my dad since he refuses to learn any controller more complicated then an NES controller. Yeah that is definitely freaky, I love hiding behind corners are listening to them talk to themselves, some of them are really good. They repeat often though so if you try this don't bother listening for more then 20 seconds, and some don't do anything interesting, just whistle. Have you gotten up to the rooms full of bibles and cross and people singing go tell it on the mountain and jesus loves me? I'm in the middle of it and I must admit it is extremely unsettling to listen to them getting tortured, screaming and then singing religious songs. Unfortunately the religious undertones have not been explained yet so I really have no idea what is going on.



edit: I think there should be a new rule that if you last page someone within less then a few minutes you should just quote their post.

or even if nobody else does that I'll do it when I last page somebody because I always feel like a jerk

I completely agree with you. It's more of a pain than anything, even if it shaves well. The scent isn't anything special either.

 

I heard that a member sent a video of themselves getting a lap dance from Rosie O Donnell and a male stripper and the members in questions got so disgusted they decided to jump ship. They said that they saw the light, actually Rosie farted, and they raised their hands in the air and evaporated into another forum? Weird but you know how rumors start

The interface is pretty good. I'm still getting the hang of it, but with all FPS games, I'm going to prefer the PC to a console. I much prefer the accuracy and speed a mouse has over a controller.

Haven't reached that part of the game yet.

What I find quite remarkable about Bioshock is the amazing storyline and the way you're thrust into the world and made to feel as if you were part of it. My girlfriend, who is a writer, commented on the brilliance of the storyline and really likes the game. She's already asked me a couple times to play Bioshock so she can watch.

I like the idea about the quoting when you last-page someone.

I'm such a controller person but maybe that is because I always use a track pad :happy102 how many people do you know who can play HL2 with a track pad? I've actually gotten a little too use to it. I definitely agree about the story and just the entire atmosphere of the game. There have been several times where I've backed myself into a corner and refused to move for a few minutes while trying to remind myself that it is just a damn game because I could hear nasty things in the room ahead. You definitely know that you're in the 60s and the story seems to be incredibly deep. Bioshock is one of those games that should have a few novels to go with it.

Oh. No trackpad here. I can't stand them. And they're awful for games. Or anything in general.

Yeah true, I use one at home because I don't have a desk for my laptop so there isn't really anywhere for a mouse. I might go back to my nice MX1000 when I get to school.
