Very nice refreshing shave with WTF Christmas Time. Lather is excellent and has great residual slickness for any touch ups. Paired beautifully with Ozark Mountain balm.

Supurb shave this afternoon. This Royal London soap has the ultimate old library scent, closest comparison would be the old PC Vetiver, but this is authentic vintage scent. Lather quality on this old tallow soap is excellent, reminds me a bit of the Yardley Stick. Best shave i have had in a while. Finished off with Brisk A/S to keep up with the old school vibe. Hope everyone is doing well and getting great shaves!

 

OCtober Oleo and Odd Balls!!

Time to change razors and it's the Micromatic Open Comb. A little SE love in OCtober. Treet Super carbon blade and El Caballero and the big Stirling synthetic for the lather. This was just a repeat of the great shaves this razor delivered in SEptember, though the alum was just a bit warm. That can happen with the OCMM. The finish was BBS, though, so I'm not complaining one little bit. Fine shave with a fine setup tonight.

I took the night off from running around the mean streets. I'm off tomorrow and need to run a few errands to get ready for this weekend. Hope you had a great Hump Day and the good news is....the week is half over for most of us!
