If it's a St. Pete blade you're insulting, it's a minor offense, with the penalty involving washing the Czar's dirty socks, polishing his razor collection and keeping your head lower than his when in his presence. Oh wait, that's already required. I digress. Insulting most Moscow blades will get you handed over to the Yakuza bunch for "re-education". Insulting Voskhod. Well, you don't want to know.

Or possibly to Razorplate for replating in nickel, gold or rhodium. Over time, I could see myself being greedy and sending a NEW LC and Old Type pair to each to cover both options, since I have 3 good NEWs and 3 good Old Types that have badly worn or non-existent plating...
