Prep: Cold water and Stirling mentholated pre-shave soap
    Blade: Schick
    Razor: Schick G1 injector
    Brush: Omega 10049 boar
    Soap: Mitchell's Wool Fat
Post: Witch hazel, Fine American Blend aftershave

Wonderful shave this morning with the Fat Friday setup. Doesn't get much better for me than this combination. Comfort, ease, efficiency.

    Have a great day!

A rare no-shave day today, ending a two week stretch of business travel. Yesterday I got a free day to spend Kayaking with our distributor in Puerto Rico in a remote fishing village on the South side of the island.
Had to drive 3 hours each way through the mountains to get there and back.

I’m wiped out, but the “salt therapy” was well worth it after a long couple of weeks. Finally at the airport for my last flight only a few hours away from home where I plan to watch NCAA football, restore and hone a few straights and otherwise do a whole lotta nothin this weekend.

Finished up the SC week this morning. For ‘odds and ends’ I pulled this local artisan soap which I don’t use very often. Unlike some other small, local makers this soap does produce a nice lather. I’m just ‘Meh’ on the scent and despise the tub diameter, but will keep it in the den as it was a gift from my inlaws. Went with a full 3 pass shave- good results but this blade is done.
On to the Old Type this weekend with another ‘odds and ends’ type blade. Have a great day all!

Real nice shave today with the Chiseled Face doubleheader if I do say so myself(which I just did, chuk-yuk-yuk). Smooth and comfortable all the way. I hope I can now begin to say that with EVERY shave I do. Here's a thought-I see there are many "pre-shave" products we use, which I'm sure are all great, but for me, a simple shower bodywash product(in the shower) does the job.

    Razor: Blackbird OC
    Blade: Polsilver SI (3)
    Brush: SOC Taj Mistura
    Pre-shave: Stirling Mentholated
    Soap: WK Merchant of Tobacco
    Lucky Tiger face tonic

    Good morning!

Terrific shave to start the day! Two pass with extra touch up. Near BBS.

The SOC Mistura has 23 uses and is breaking in nicely. Soft tips with good backbone. Whipped the Wholly Kaw into a thick slick yogurty warm lather courtesy of the GP scuttle.

Have a great day, gentlemen! [IMG]
