Morning all! Cold here in GA, much preffered the rain. Tried the SCS sandalwood this AM.....smells great but I think it has menthol or just burns like hell? Starts burning then starts to cool? weird but GF approved of the scent. Shaved with Palmolive EU which is always a pleasure. They just make some damn good cream! BBS even with the cotton ball test. Ya'll be good and will around this evening to chat a bit more. I really need to win the lottery in a fierce way!

 

The SCS Sandalwood, I assume it's a splash? Maybe it's just the alcohol? GF approval is always a + ... See ya later

Its not the alcohol...I use Pinaud almost daily and its great! I had a flawless shave so it wasnt the cuts. I would say its my 3rd favorite SW scent now. Still artificial but NICE!

 

I used the sandalwood splash from SCS this morning as well. Must be something in it that doesn't react well. I get a little sting from the alcohol but very minimal. I like it but it almost has a alcohol smell to it. Love the SCS sandalwood EDT, wearing it now, good stuff.

What about the TSD sandalwood scents? There's 2, right? Sandalwood and West Indian Sandalwood? Have you tried them? How are they different?

Shep, the term cologne is generic for any frangrances that are wore by men. Most would consider GIT from Creed to be a nice cologne, even though it is nearly EDP concentration. If you do not care for strong scents, you will not like SCS colognes at first. They go on strong, but dry down very nicely, and last all day.

You blew off the sale. Your fired, Shep!! Pick up your last check and stay away. Seriously though. I have learned through the years that a thinner lather is often better anyway. After all, for it to be thin, it is usually a bit on the too wet side, which can also offer better lubricity. All that thick lather mounded on you skin is really useless anyway. If the lather is not in direct contact with your skin, it is not doing its job................

What, you think I am ugly? I don't know, I need to start clearing some stuff from my den to make room for new stuff. Couple straights, several DEs, some soaps and creams, whatever. I am not in as big of a hurry now though. I am not going to be able to get the $150 item.

 

rolls, you're terrible I really do hope you enjoy the tea. I was not sure if you've ever used loose tea so I put enough empty tea bags in there for you to try everything. Just use a spoon and scoop the tea into the bag but don't put it all the way into your mug because there is no good way to close the bags

Orientation started a little while ago, there seems to be a lot of downtime. Anyway I have a presentation to go to soo I'll talk to you all later
