This is a little bit backward but I'm showing it anyway. I got another Kriss Kross razor saturday, but it's different than the last one.

Here it is with the original blade and the one I cut down. 20181014_122325.jpg
    Here is the handle 20181014_122416.jpg
Here it is compaired to the one I got first with the different blades they use. 20181014_123330.jpg
    Both are mild razors.
Both take blades that aren't made anymore.
Both are cheap to buy but clean up nice.
The price is right IF you want to mod a blade.
I'm always up to a challenge, so it didn't bother me in the least to mod a blade.

Razorine razor, this is the first time I've used anything like this and I absolutely loved it.
RazoRock 400 Aluminum, best brush on the market for under $15USD.

I saw that razor and was going to order one but the reviews were less than charming. You say it was great so I'm wondering if the people reviewing it we're newbies and not quite having their skill level where needed to be for a razor that that type. I'm still thinking about it, that tool just looks cool.

Lake Charles, Louisiana. Corner of Ryan Street & 12th - ladies beauty supply store call "Hair Saga" I think. Several of my local shops carry all or part of the Pinaud line.

The snow bird migration had started. Three flea market stones this weekend from three different markets. A 6 inch #1 Washita, a 6 inch synthetic Coticule and a 5 inch trans Arkansas in a wooden case. The Washita has the remains of a second side sticker I never saw before. It also has very small and tight grain. Good potential for being a nice mid range stone

Cool razor. I thought about getting one. Are you going to use two hands? I thought maybe the design made for a reach-a-cross issue. Not a major problem, but definitely easier to go left on left, right on right.

A Parker 87R and it's looks very similar to a vintage Gillette Aristocrats style razor, very nice heavy solid feel in my hand, I'll give this baby a spin very soon.

Traded some gear with Member Nirav @Spock. He had a common irritation issue with the lime E.O. in this soap, & I had some gear I though he might enjoy.
Trade from Nirav @Spock.gif Sold through RazoRock , Lime Burst is a triple milled hard soap made in Italy. With glycerin, Shea butter, and lanolin I'm hoping for a great post shave face feel. Got a couple lime AS's to pair with it.

I've been so impressed with my Prewar Fat Handle Tech that I bought a second one a couple of weeks ago to give to my son. At the moment it is probably my favorite razor. I'm also really enjoying my Aristocrat Jr. & Rocket HD, both made in England by Gillette. So if I like the Tech so much, & British made Gillettes, why not get a made in England Fat Handle Tech? So that's what came in the mail today, along with a few other little goodies from the seller.

Looking forward to the first shave, which will be coming later today.

An excellent razor! It's a bit different feel than a US Tech (heavier, like a New) but really nice.

    Hello everyone :)
I got a couple packages in the mail.

    20181015_191133.jpg

A nice Star safety razor and my Razorock Black Hawk V2 that came a few days ago. The blades that go with it came today.

Well, seeing I like the way the vintage razors shave. I will use my new Star razor in the morning. I'll use the Black Hawk Wednesday to see how it cuts the wiskers.
The threads say the Black Hawk is a nice razor for tough beards.

After one shave I can tell it's different than the American Prewar Fat Handle Tech. I got an excellent shave tonight, I'm very happy I have it. It will take more shaves to get familiar with it.

Rick was kind and generous enough to send me a box with a number of things to try including soap samples, some razors, blades, and brushes! I don't have a picture handy but I'll see if I can take one later to share.
