Fantastic first shave with my ER SunRay thanks again @grassy

The British 1912’s are great razors. Keeping the cap almost flat to flat on your face. You are rewarded with a very close irritation free shave.

Does he have the splash? Again, I think he's made more than he's let on. You're effectively getting a unique label for Club Guy (and of course, the activated charcoal element).

After raving so about the I2 Hydro-zilla...I also have to add the ER Real Lather Catcher, the Schick C3 and the Auto-Strop A1 as razors that would break my heart to be without. .

Here is today's shave kit....Definitely has a special place in my heart!

Im in the same boat as you, wanting an E1. Ive only heard of one being purchased in recent memory. I also agree with your take on the type O. I sold mine after getting mediocre shaves from it.

The Schick C3 repeater provided another exceptional shave this morning.

Prep: Cold water and Stirling mentholated pre-shave soap
    Blade: vintage Gillette Platinum Plus
    Razor: Personna injector
Brush: Satin Tip 'The Purest' synthetic
Soap: Hendrix and Classics Company Barbershop
Post: Witch hazel, RazoRock Blue Barbershop aftershave

Personna injector with a new-to-me vintage Gillette Platinum Plus blade that I got from @EzraCobb. The blade was a tad rough on the first few strokes but smoothed out nicely. Top notch shave overall. Have a great day!

My prep was just a cold water rinse. The Williams Mug Shaving Soap face lathered well with the Jayaruh #47 Synthetic brush. I did two passes with the Gem Flying Wing Safety Razor with a Gem Blue Star CS SE blade and ended up with a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse, I finished off with Pinaud Clubman AS. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

Heres my sibling to your C3, who gave me a wonderful zen type shaving experience today.

Will be sticking with the C3 for the rest of the week. I cant even remember when I changed the blade and its still going strong. Two pass bbs is guaranteed. Not even a horrible scented soap/as could ruin a pefect shave.

I just used an I1 with a twin injector blade that was on its 44th outing. That blade is still going strong too. I know we all hear about YMMV all the time, but it still amazes me sometimes.

Smooth and easy shave with the Type O clone. Glad I grabbed one of these when eBarbershop announced they were closing. The twin blade worked quite well and I'm pleased with the results. Have a great day!
