Unless it has changed since I went to college, did you get to experience the fun and exciting part of purchasing overpriced books yet?
I think I might be grumpy this morning. I'm certainly tired. Stupid Monday... always ruining the beginning of the week.
That is an oh so fun experience I've had for the last 2 and a half years. This semester wasn't horrible though, I totaled under $500 for all of my books.
The part that always ticked me off was the selling the books back. I mean they would give me $25 for book and then next year turn around and sell the used book for $150. Aren't there internet stores now that sell these books and you can save a pretty penny?
Yeah, it really isn't that bad. I am probably going to keep most of my books from this semester, at least calc and bio for sure and maybe psych.
We had a really good off-campus store for used books. I think I still have all my college books in boxes somewhere. Maybe the ex took those. I don't know why she would. Then Tuesday becomes Monday. It's a no win.
I kept a lot of my books just out of principal for not getting good money on selling them back. I don't know why I did that, I guess I can burn them and have heat, at least.
Then Saturday and Sunday become the equivalent of Thursday and Friday and our weekend starts on Monday. Seems logical to me, where do I sign up at?
You'll never be happy. In other news - the boiling water does not belong on your hand. It sort of hurts.
Back. Morning, Jen. Fuzzy beat me to the punch with reference to a Rolls sandwich. Too bad about not having the loader at home. Did you have to shovel your truck out today? What's the story, morning glory? Awesomeiferous. Hear, hear. I still have a number of my books. Some of them are actually useful. Some of them aren't. Lately, I've been thinking of cleaning off my bookshelf and selling some of the ones I don't want on eBay.
NONONO eventually we start and end the week on Friday..the rest of the days are weekends...... DUHHHHHHHHHH Forgot the coffee cup there? Fuzzy
