The family resemblance is uncanny, Brian.

I didn’t count shaves, but at one point everything just came together. 100 shaves sounds about right.

    Razor: Schick G
    Blade: Personna PTFE (4th use)
Brush: Ever Ready w/ 24mm Tuxedo knot
    Soap: Palmolive
    Post Shave: Nivea Sensitive

Same setup as the last few days. Same result. A near BBS finish (due to my neck) and excellent post shave feel. I really am a fan of this razor and of the lather that this brush creates with the Palmolive. My OCMM is running scared!

    Razor: Blackland Dart
    Blade: Polsilver SI (3)
    Brush: Maseto Finest badger 30mm
    Pre-shave: Stirling Mentholated
    Soap: A&E Cacao Lussuria
    Lucky Tiger face tonic
    AS: A&E Cacao Lussuria

    Good morning, friends!

Shave three with the Dart and what a fine shave it was. Two pass with no touch up. My chin could have used a bit of touch up but my right jaw is smooth. I'm calling it a DFS. I'm putting the Dart away until No Variance November, which I'm going to call No Promises November. I will start with the best intentions but who am I kidding. I have in my head that I'm going to add a new razor to the line up in approximately seven days and two and a half hours. I'll have to give it a go, right?

    Have a great weekend! [IMG]

Great shave and photo Jim. Sounds like a great plan for November with a catchy title. I think I will go back and use some of my favorite razors while awaiting the arrival of a new razor.

All very good lessons, not to surprised that the bumper is designed to fall off a subaru. They are held together with bubble gum and generic duct tape these days. A lesson that I learn repeatedly on 270 is that there are many people who have no clue how hard it is to stop 60,000 lbs when they cut over in front of you and immediately slow down almost to a stop to make their exit. Good thing my mmoc is fairly well behaved.

MW Sandalwood Rose~~DG/Thäter Beehive B5~~1938 Senator~~Personna 74~~St. Charles Bulgarian Rose
Wrapping up another month. Tempus Fugit.
Stuck with the OC theme and my Senator. If it weren't for the mechanisms of these vintage razors,
this one would certainly be in the running for a "Desert Isle" choice.:happy069:
Staring to observe the elusive "donut hole" in the MW. I might have to titanic my way through this soap next month. :signs002:
I don't reach for the MW as much as I should, or that our friend @celestino would like ;).
    Truth is, I am never disappointed---indeed, I am always rewarded with a luxurious shave;
front the scent to the slickness to the post-shave. All A1.
Michelle's sandalwood rose is one of my favorites and it lathers like a dream---
especially when I use my DG B5. Wow, what tips. (Tips...:sexe: )
    A literal wall of softness.
    Gillette Senator + Personna 74 = SMOOOOOOOOTH.
3 passes + touch up for a lovely BBS.

Finished with two products not pictured:
Thayer's Rose Petal Witch Hazel and DR Harris Pink AS.
Spritzed some St. Charles Bulgarian Rose for the grand finale.

Joseph, I find them to be sharp and quite smooth. PM me your address if you are interested, and I'll be glad to send you some blades to try out. I purchased them on eBay from oktane-2008. I paid about 10 cents per blade, including shipping. He may give you a bit of a break on the price if you ask him, and he may throw in some extra blades. ;)

They’re quickly becoming my favorite blade. Dirt cheap for the quality. I just snagged another couple of hundred myself. Being a limited run you never know when they will finally disappear.

Good call, Chris. Between you, me, and @NCoxSTL, we're doing our best to eradicate the supply. (Hoarding, in other words.) :happy088:

I should never have to purchase any more DE or SE blades. If you observe me buying more blades, those facts can be added to the existing body of evidence to prove that I'm delusional. :)

I hope all is well, my friend.

Brian, you really married up with you found Mrs. Chick. The purple steel wool hair, the buggy eyes, the pudgy cheeks, the Mona Lisa smile, the muumuu. (I hope those ingrown toenails aren't too painful.) Bravo, my friend!
