Im not good with weights but.....all this jerky was originally 7 lbs raw meat. My cost for the meat $22 and ingredients....about $3? $25 gets me about 3/4 of a gallon baggy full. I would say it was a pound? maybe pound and half? Not cheap but helluva lot cheaper than the store crap. No discount for bulk since I can only do that much every 24 hours

I think the package was 5oz? of 6 maybe? JoAnna had one too that was a bit more. I will attempt to weigh the whole thing next time. 7 lbs of meat sure doesnt produce much jerky though
Oh and this batched really was good I cut it different and marinated it longer than normal. All gone now
