why oh why has the HYD become so uneventful since its inception?

 

This batch of jerky is going to rock I think. I should drain in it now but will hold off until AM. Too lazy right now. Thinking about staring a new batch also.....mustard based......same recipe but add half cup of yellow mustard to it......Havent screwed any up yet. I did do an italian dressing one that .....well was a little different. The Old bay cajun one was nice though.

I always used TOBS as the benchmark and until my last 2 creams nothing came even close. Plus they just weren't getting used and there wasn't much left in the tubs.
