That's a sweet razor and brush combo, Jason! I'd say both are definite contenders for Decadent December.

Lotsa brass in today's set up, Clint. Very cool. Congrats on the epic shave. One day to the weekend. I hope things went well at work and on the freeway today.

As a kid, I remember the first time we drove through Atlanta. That was the first time I recall seeing 5 lanes on each side of the freeway. And it was still not enough! A few years ago, my Bride's uncle and I were cruising on I-85 near Atlanta. Cars in the fast lane were zipping by, and I decided to join them just for fun. The lane was moving at 95 mph with cars spaced maybe two or three car lengths apart. My uncle had been dozing. When he woke up, I got the look. I only have one word for you having to drive in Atlanta every day: Respect. :)

Thank you Charlie. Today was a very productive with no drama on commuting.

Driving in Atlanta is not for the faint of heart. The 2 prominent speeds here are wide open or stop and go.

Neat travel shave, Brian. I really like the Shave Stash Altoids tin. I'll either grab one of those or try making my own. When I travel, I wrap my razor in a cloth to keep it from knocking around and place it in a plastic bar soap container. Your way is more handy and classy. My way is more hillbillyesque. Do you know how hard it was for me to find a soap container in Kentucky?

The blade should smooth out over the first couple of uses.

You're a better man than me, Perry. I would have never considered a cold water shave or mentholated products this morning. I will have to try the Nivea shave stick. I hope our local Walgreen's carries it.

Uptown shave, Jim, although I'm not tempted to use shave products named after a sea monster! Even though you can't feel a difference between the two blades, does the Super Pro in the Vector provide a closer shave?

I picked up some teethbrushes on my trip to the meetup...and then decided to make myself a holder for them and my razor. If my business plan succeeds, these holders will soon be available for sale at Andrew's Shave Shop.

    Thanks, Charlie.
I really don't notice any difference between the blades. Maybe in a different razor but I don't have any other AC razors to compare the blades in.
