Next up is another razor in the adjustable family...the Ikon SBS on an Ikon OSS handle. This razor has a flippable head and has an open comb side and a closed comb side. One side is aggressive, one is mild. Don't know which side is which so I'll find out. Herm

For Tabac Tuesday I switched both the head and the handle on the Ikon SBS. This razor is very, very heavy. I tried a DE89 handle but it was extremely head-heavy and hard to handle. This Maggard SS handle is just the right balance. The head with the 4 dots showing is much more efficient. I think it's the more aggressive side because I don't have to try so hard to get a good shave, but I still can't tell. Got a couple weepers using the other side because I kept trying to get closer. A problem I usually have with mild razors. Herm
No it is version 2 of the Oscams Razor sold by Classic Shaving. It really took a lot of the design cues from the OneBlade but it uses the more readily available Artist Club blades.
It is actually shaves great. For a modern stainless steel razor the price was very reasonable. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Hello, Stefan. Head on over to the Welcome Center, start your own thread and introduce yourself. Rick @RyX was a big help to me when I was starting out here and he can do a much better job than I getting you started. Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk
Stefan Within to the Den! I agree, go over to the Welcome Center. Then you can post your thoughts and pictures. THIS thread was created to post pics of any new razors your using. Herm
Razor - r41 Blade - Voskhod Brush - PAA 400 Soap - XXX Post - lavender witch hazel A/s - 4711 Awesome shave today. Usually I use the r41 as a clean up razor when whatever razor I’m using didn’t quite get it done. This razor is such a great razor.
My shave of the day. Gillette NEW with 1 oz. of tungsten putty in the Common Bar handle, Gillette Silver Blue blade, Omega Pro 49, Turkish hand hammered copper and tin-lined lather bowl and Castle Forbes Lavender. Finished with a splash of Pinaud Clubman Lime Sec. Not a single weeper and a nice close BBS shave.
I took one with the intention of posting it. I texted the pic to myself figuring it would modify it so the file would be smaller. Tried posting it here and got the message it was too large. I'm not tech savvy so I don't know how to fix that. I did post the pic to another forum though. For whatever reason it fit there.
