  1. Thank you Doug

I am very happy that I could save the brush. I picked it up this weekend with 2 razors for a song.

There are some broken hairs around the outside only. I sanded the handle to get rid of some roughness. Then I applied some Danish oil. After that dried, I applied some Beeswax. I like how the oil and beeswax looks and feels on old wooden brushes.

  2. I've always thought of the Cobra Classic as an injector on steroids, so I can see where @jtface is coming from.
I have been keeping my powder dry on the Vector mainly because Christmas has my wallet incarcerated but I'm looking forward to reading the reviews.

  10. In terms of the size of the head, I was referring to the depth as opposed to the width. It appears (and from what I see on YouTube) too be quite 'narrow' and as a result is more maneuverable than it's AC using peers.

That's one of the most touted benefits of the stainless steel razors. That and the inevitable durability!

The 500 is a very mild Razor which you can wield very easily with out fear of mishap. With my tough beard I can do essential polishing up work necessary to get a really close Shave, without causing any irritation. The CS Soap is so good and leaves the skin so refreshed, no post shave treatment is really needed.
