Starling-Purple plate/TNNSER. Give credit to PAA, the Starling is well put together. But I vastly prefer shaving with the TNNSER. The Starling has zero feedback , no doubt because of the way the blade is clamped (no cap span), Because of it's light weight and sharp edges I find myself poking myself with the darn thing. It almost feels like you're dragging a light sharp aluminum blade holder across your face, as you are. I can't hoIwever fault its efficiency. The TNNSER offers audible feedback and is way more comfortable, and this idiot doesn't poke himself while flinging it around. Efficiency is a close call. I'm tempted to give the edge to the Starling but the stubble grows differently on the two sides of my head so comparison is unfair after one shave. Both terrific.
Is that not a Schick Injector handle in the picture? Looks like it to me. I have not seen one on a Pal before. Maybe I just don't get out enough.
I believe that is the Europeon version of the Injectomatic. Clayton Sent from my LG-K450 using Tapatalk
You don't see too many of those with that handle on this side of the pond. You mainly see the American version like mine. Clayton Sent from my LG-K450 using Tapatalk

Beautiful flat top Mark. I like the reflection in the mirror. Fine Platinum is a great aftershave. IMO.
There are heavy SE razors which give no feedback, my experience was with the Supply, and I could deal with that though I disliked it for other reasons, but I'm finding the lack of feedback in such a lightweight razor a bit disconcerting.
Where are you all finding Barbasol aftershave at? Rare as hen's teeth around here. I haven't found it yet.
