Another excellent shave this morning. Three passes and touch ups ended in a near perfect shave. The Fine Santal is a great match to the AOS Sandalwood and really keeps the scent around a couple of hours longer. I hope everyone has a great Tuesday.

G-3 Gillette Slim on setting 5
    Ladas Super Stainless (3)
    Simpson Chubby 2 Super
    Soap Commander Love
Alum, Thayers Lavender witch hazel, unrefined shea butter, CC Bay Rum, and Aramis

I enjoyed a fantastic two-pass shave this morning with the same trusty kit that I've used the past few days. Everything from the neck up except the old gord is silky smooth. Bald may be beautiful, but I look good enough for the folks 'round these parts. I've suffered the same fate in the past as @Screwtape and others, so I check my TTO knob frequently during the shave to make sure it is tightly secured. Thankfully, the knob on this razor doesn't appear to drift open during the shave. I delayed my aftershave products for a few minutes and realized that the Soap Commander leaves my skin feeling nourished. It's a great artisan soap supplied in a generously sized container. The rose scent complements the Bay Rum and Aramis scents as well.

I'll use one more Ladas blade in the Slim and then join @Terry and others over the weekend with my R41 (2013) loaded with a Feather blade.

    Have a great day, everyone!

Gillette NEW LC with Durham razor handle / vintage English-made Wilkinson Sword (1)
JR #276 white ash Louisville Slugger stub and Omega boar knot brush
    Jeeves Private Study soap
    Jeeves Bay Rum splash

Private Study is the old name for Bay Rum, so my Jeeves soap and splash matched today. Usual great performance from both. The Wilkinson blade was both sharp and smooth, and the NEW LC provided a solid stable platform for it. Two passes brought me within a whisker of a BBS.

Hope everyone has a great Tuesday!

Paul, tomorrow's shave will be better. The Milord is a very cool looking razor.
Two epic shaves! The Revisor 6/8 is beauty, Keith.
It's great to see you posting again, Patrick! Great set up!
    Super (Speed) set up, Neal!
Smooth from mug to gord! Great start, Terry!
The Karve is an eye-catcher, Jim. Great photo. Looks like you started the day off right!
Classy photo and set up, as usual, Jim. Hopefully, tomorrow's shave will be back on track.
Great shave with the Cobra, Clint! We don't see too many of those around here, so it's always fun to see yours in action. If I ever use up one of my aftershaves, I may go for the Fine Santal.

Classy shaves, reports, and photos, gentlemen!

A very nice shave, John, with the NEW LC. It's great to see the Louisville (Slugger) connection in today's set up. Your handle is somewhere in this pile of bat nubs with mine.

Next up in the No Repeat rotation is this Summer Special- the Gin and Tonic followed by a Glacial balm. -4C this morning, so there is a little bit of irony there.
The little Omega boar is getting there, but is definitely taking its time breaking in. Got the usual Stirling lather this morning and had 3 very smooth passes.
The G4 is probably my favourite Injector.
    Have a great day all!

Just an FYI from Cartel HQ, you will be receiving four new forms that must be filled out in triplicate, with a copy faxed to three different bureaus for filing and cross-checking. Also, be sure to attach the proper fees with each form to expedite processing. Once those forms are all received, cross-checked, filed with the proper offices and kissed by Natalia, your permit for the rebellion will be extended for one month until the actual forms are generated instead of the stopgaps. Thanks for your quick attention and long live your rebellion. (As long as the money keeps rolling in to HQ)
