I've never owned any Goodwill razors or Canadian Gillettes for that matter until these. I got what I think is good deal on both snagging them for a little under $30 USD with shipping from Canada.

Thanks, I stumbled on the razor by accident. Some of my best finds are ones I wasn't looking for.

@Puma - Epislon Blue? That is along the lines of the discontinued Floid Blue? I've not tried either - can you describe or compare the scent to any other AS? Anything like Aqua Velva Ice Blue?

Another one I bought earlier in the month. A razor I've been wanting to own and use for awhile now a Barbasol floating head. This is after it was cleaned and polished.

Not only that I saw another one come up for sale and threw a bid out on it since the highest bid was below what I think market value was at the last 2 minutes thinking someone had a higher max (which they didn't) and then that someone would snipe it in the last minute (which didn't happen) so now I own 2 of these razors. It should be here today. I'll post pictures later or tomorrow. If anyone wants to buy a Barbasol floating head, I'll sell one of them to any interested parties.

Very mild razor also. I shaved with it today, fresh blade, this razor shaves like a post war tech if it was a TTO.

Here is the second Barbasol floating head fresh from it's bath. It is the one on the left.

It is supposed to be a copy of Floid Blue and the ingredients are almost exactly the same. Floid had a few more ingredients than Epsilon. I have never had the pleasure of using Floid Blue, but I have a bottle of Barrister's Reserve Cool which is supposed to be a copy of the scent, but not the formula. In the bottle, the Epsilon and Reserve Cool smell almost exactly the same with the Barrister being considerably stronger. Upon dry down however, they are quite different. The Reserve keeps the same scent even when dry while the Epsilon changes to a nice acqua and powder scent, which is the way some people have described Floid Blue to me. In terms of performance, I like both the Reserve Cool and the Epsilon, but I prefer Epsilon. The Reserve seems to have more oils in it, and you can actually see oil sitting on top when it has been sitting. It is important to shake it well before using. It also has a stronger cooling effect from the menthol. The Epsilon is much cleaner and lighter feeling. Some day I hope to get some Floid Blue to see how these compare.

Thank you @brit i honed it today and gave it a try with the mwf and had an amazing shave. I did notice that this one unlike my other goldedge it is a bellied hollow grind instead of an extra hollow. And even with them both honed on the same progression this one performed better. Not sure if it was the mwf or the grind difference.
