i like to use proraso red a/s then dirty english edt..nice sandalwood /leathery scent...

Whipped up a mug of lather ,did 2 passes and a touch up with the shavette.I had had a hankering to break out the shavette.so i did.the gillette blade was a serious letdown even after 2 passes and a touchup I had stubble left along the underside of the neck.but i had to head to work so I splashed on some monsiuer musk and headed to work.

today's shave was a reaction to yesterday's return venture with the shavette,I returned to my atomic de .also my wife has been after me to grow out my beard along the chin line and the de is easier to use while the chin line is growing out.2 overlapping passes above the chinline and a blade width below the chin line makes for a good start.
so i whipped up a mug full of lather with the synthetic brush that i recently refound.i must say it works really well with cream.I did 2 passes along the cheeks and 2 passes along the neck.followed up with a cool rinse than a shower.After the shower an application of woody's a/s to the face and hair and a few sprays of bourbon craft edt and bourbon craft deodorant.I picked up the bourbon craft edt and deodorant at tj maxx yesterday ,today was the test run.
Not much bourbon ,mainly woods and amber.okay nothing great and the wife was not thrilled about it.So I guess it will bec ome work wear.then off to church

Hi Paul. I think that Cremo and Neutrogena shave cream are pretty much the same thing, Cremo has a cooling agent that feels fantastic. I really think they are made primarily for carts, (thin and slick), works great with my Gillette Guard. For me, almost all other razors require real old fashion lather. Paul, if you want to try the guard, I`ll send you a handle and a couple carts. I get anywhere from 10 to 15 shaves from each cart, maybe an incentive to try Cremo. I have plenty handles and oodles of carts, if you don`t like that set up, just throw them away(so cheap). God Bless to all, Bill
