eBay is good or Etsy . For Gem style razors I would start with a 1912 or a G-bar. And for injectors I would go with an I2 Or G1.

eBay is a great place to begin. Just search for Schick I or some other variation with Schick or for 1912 razor or some other similar terms if you want to find some examples.

To help identify different types of Schick injectors this site is very useful: http://www.safetyrazors.net/schick/schicktech.htm

    Happy shaving - Karl

Quit telling folks about the secret honey hole that we all use and rely on.....
But seriously though, Andrew is right, Etsy is a great place to find them.

Or just come over across the street, we love new folks that love SE and injector razors!

Not sure if you are dead set on new razors but as Andrew has said, there are great shaves to be had from the Vintage Razors.
As a matter of fact, I would put my MicroMatic up against any new SE razor.
It's not about tools, it's all about technique.
I will send you a PM with some information, but someone better tag Fuzzy, @wchnu .

Prep: Cold water and Stirling mentholated pre-shave soap
    Blade: vintage Personna twin
    Razor: eBarbershop Type O clone
    Brush: Surrey restored badger
    Soap: Stirling Black Pepper Lime
Post: Witch hazel, Stirling Black Pepper Lime aftershave

Smooth and clean shave with the eBarbershop Type O clone. The twin blade really helps this razor. It would be really mild with a single blade, which is fine, but it seems more effective with the twin. Quite enjoyable all around. Have a great day!

Nothing to say really - A very nice Shave. I reckon that a heavier Razor is the one to deal with a strong beard like mine. This ATT SE1 really works for me :).

    Razor: Schick E3
    Blade: Schick Proline B
Post: Warm then cold water rinse, Myrsol Blue ASL

I'm with the others here on recommendations

I also think the ER 1914 and 1921 's are as good as the 1912s...A Damaskeene would be an exceptional mild and historically correct place to begin...

As far as where....I always say. Start at Andrews Shave Shop on Etsy FIRST !!

If he ain't got what you want....then move over to the Bay...But always check Andrew's first...never know what he's gonna have and he is straight ahead..theres NO RISK!

Also the Shave Den BST threads...

Since President Bush (41) was being laid to rest today beside his dear wife, and came through my town via train to the presidential library, I figured the least I could do to honor his service was a Presidental Shave!

    Jaguar Prestige A/S lotion

Tried another S/S Handle on the Alu Hawk, and the combo worked very nicely. The Proline Blade
on a 7th outing is still very much alive, and i enjoyed a very smooth Shave with a great close all round finish.

Prep: Cold water and Stirling mentholated pre-shave soap
    Blade: GEM PTFE
    Razor: Superior Lather Catcher
    Brush: Omega 10049
    Soap: Mitchell's Wool Fat
Post: Witch hazel, Fine American Blend aftershave

Smooth shave with the Superior Lather Catcher. This GEM blade was on its last legs and therefore was binned after the shave, but otherwise an easy shave. Have a great day!
