A most manly shave this morning. Lovely tobacco scent blending nicely with the sizzling bacon and perculating coffee. Ah...Saturday mornings. To be savored, to be sure.

I'd be careful with that cream containing K-34. IIRC, there were some serious side effects including brain damage and death associated with that stuff. Not trying to throw a wet blanket on your shave.

@preidy I think it was the canned goo which was withdrawn due to a dangerous component.
Check for hexachlorophene in the ingredients list.

A most delightful BBS shave although I find the Derby lack the longevity that the Astra Greens have.

Great ideas! I use Menthol Monday most of the time, followed by Tobacco Tuesday. I use Fat Friday on Fridays with Mitchell's Wool Fat soap and Fine American Blend aftershave. Wednesday and Thursday don't have themes for me per se, but I started using RazoRock Blue Barbershop splash each Wednesday for a while and may come back to that.

Themes are fun and can give direction to your buying. Good luck!

 

Have been re-enjoying the Schick E2 after probably a year's neglect. Still a top three favorite, it does everything I need it to do and does it very well.
