  3. Great shave, Perry! Hopefully you’ve recovered from Wilson’s b-day and can go back to the normal relaxing day of working with 200 teenagers...
Awesome combo, Mark. Love Seville. Are those Personna 74 injector blades the same famous ‘tungsten’ blades as the DE version that has such a cult following?
Stunning razor, Charlie! House looks great as well.
I just realized the Veg bottles say you can use as an ‘All over body splash’. Imagine that? Wow.
  4. Thank you gentlemen, much appreciated.
  5. Great shave, Joseph.

  6. Great progress, Aaron!

    Nice photo and report, Joseph!

Thank you, Jason! It's exam week all week so my schedule will be much more relaxed all week. But, it will involve some glorified baby-sitting of those who can't check out when their exams are done. All in a day's work and could be much worse!
  7. Nice......................!
  8. That is a beautiful looking razor, Patrick! I especially like the handle!
Excellent shot, Perry. I'm glad you all had a great day!
Beautiful razor, Paul! Stirling soap is top notch in my book!
Fantastic shot Rick and beautiful Crat!
Just the though of a Durasharp makes me cringe.
    Excellent photo and shave, John!
We haven't see the One Blade in a while, Clint! Love that brush too!
    Beautiful shot, Jim!
    Awesome setup, Perry!
    Excellent shot, Mark!
    Great setup, Brian!
Fantastic shot, Jason. Stephanie, you and your family will be in my prayers.
Glad the lathers are getting better, Aaron!
You description sounds allot like the Tian Li blades that attempt to look like the Super Blue blade. Stirling samples last a long time, especially when you dont try to kill em quick.
Almost done with the XXX! Great shot, Joseph!
  9. Thank you, Andrew!

  10. Great photo and shave report, Jason. I will keep Stephanie in my prayers for a successful surgery as well as safe travels for both of you.
  11. Agreed. And with models like the Tuckaway, if Gillette made it in nickel, chances are, it was also available in gold.
  12. Thank you, Andrew!
  13. Awesome Picture and Razor!
  14. So true.
  15. Yes, and 5 years from now it may be a different world than it is today.

    December Shave 3 0r 4

    Razor
    : Merkur 23C
    Blade: Ying Jili
Preshave: Neutrogena Skin clearing Shave cream
    Lather
    : Arko Shave stick
    Brush: Yaqi Evil Zebra Synthetic
Postshave: Pacific Shaving Company Caffeinated aftershave

Great Shave once again with the Ying Jili. This was on almost 4.5 days growth as well. It was still quite sharp but also smooth. I would say I ended up with somewhere between a BBS and DFS shave overall. Loving the Synthetic brush! Shaving with a DE Setup is definitely becoming easier. I have a hard time thinking about my Pre-DE days now.

    Stirling Mentholated Pre-Shave Soap
    Schick Krona
    Pol Silver SI (5)
Paladin Winston Harlequin (26mm, Frigate Class)
Stirling Deep Blue Sea soap and AS

Happy Monday morning friends! Todays shave features a razor that I havent used in probaly two years and a new to me brush and one of Stirling's Black Friday soap sets. I was somewhat rushed this morning so I didn't do the full super goop loading, instead I loaded for just 30 seconds and bowl lathered for about 2 minutes. I still wound up with that typical shiny, slick, creamy Stirling lather. The Krona is quite a mild razor and allowed me to zip through three quick passes for an irritation free DFS. Truth be told I prefer the Krona over the regular super speed and that's why I still have two of them in my collection. The Pol Silver is still cutting well on its fifth outing. The scent of Deep Blue Sea is amazing, nice modern cologne scent with a bit of floral in the opening and a slight woodsiness in the base. Scent strength is on the stronger end I'd say 7-8/10. I hope this one comes back as a regular lineup offering, its that good! Have a great day my friends!
  19. Thank you Jim.
