  3. Wonderful picture, Jason! Hope the trip is going well, and I hope everything is going well for your wife.
  4. Thanks Jim, they are really high quality and perform as well as brushes costing 4x as much.
  5. I have an extra tuck with your name on it. I'm hoping that you'll do the full trial. Hopefully, I can get out to the PO this week.

  6. Thank you, Gentlemen. It seems to be going as it should.
  7. Yes, I have them. To me, they are on the "less" sharp side.
    Tug badly on multiple days growth, but on an every day shave, just fine. Not bad, but not great. Better options available now, but cool to have for nastolga sake.

  8. I've never got a comfortable shave from a CS DE blade, even the modern ones.
  9. :thanks: Jim. :Animatedfrozensmily::)
  10. Iced Floïd...I like it.
  11. Thanks Mark. I have to admit, I was, and continue to be bored with my SOTD photos. Our old home was a ranch, so I could take my gear anywhere and get a pretty good shot. Now, we're upstairs and I am half-dressed when I take these, so my choices are limited. I appreciate the compliment, though.

  12. Probably my wifes favorite after shave. I would also rank number one on most days.
  13. Thanks Jim, see post #2491 above...
  14. I am leaning towards #2
  15. I lost the auction on the NOS Tuckaway set. It sold for $72 plus shipping. :shocked003: Thanks again for all the information you provided. It gave me the confidence to bid on it.
    On a positive note, I just won an auction for my first cased Aristocrat. According to the seller's photos, it looks to be in very good condition. :santa

  16. Congrats on a nice looking razor. O.K. guys I am interested to know how the Aristocrat shaves compares to a Flaretip?

  19. Thanks guys. I appreciate the good words.

    Danny, this is my first Aristocrat, so I can't make a comparison. I own a couple of Flare Tips, and they provide wonderful shaves. To be honest, I was just itchin' for something different after seeing some of the guys here with their Aristocrats.
