You're dead right John. Andrew makes Iced Pineapple sound so enticing that I chose it over Margaritas in the Attic to try 1st. I love Michigan! Go Blue. My last order just shipped today to Detroit today. My favorite grandmother was put to rest last weekend there and the family friend that's been taking care of her is about to get introduced to the amazingness that is stoylin. Honestly remarkable lady.

Great selections. I really think that you will like that Autumn Glory...wonderful scent. Are you going to do a video of the R4L? I would like to hear a detailed review of it. Sorry that I missed out on that one. I'm honestly glad that you have been back on here, always look forward to your input.

Looks like Deep Blue Sea and Haverford are both available in regular size tubs and splashes now. Noticed a little while ago. I already have Haverford, but didn't get Deep Blue Sea on Black Friday. Decisions, decisions.

Deep Blue Sea is awesome and well deserving of a full size set. Can you get samples of them now?

It looked to me you could only get the full size tub. No option for the sample or the refill puck.

Wonderful shave with Ozark Mountain. I've gotten the best Stirling lathers of late from this soap. Not that the others haven't been stellar, but this soap seems even more slick than some of the others. Regardless, terrific products as we all know. Enjoy your day!

That is good news. I like both of them, and I hope they stay around all year.

If anyone is interested in Stirling 'The Lounge' soap, please check out The Marketplace section. I've put up a trade or sale post with The Lounge and some other items.

I see that! I didn't see that yesterday. Must've updated since then. I'm not seeing the R4L aftershave, though.

I’m glad to read that someone else is getting above great awesome performance from Ozark also. I noticed it last year, and every time since, and thought it was either a magic puck or my imagination fueled by the incredible scent.

It was one of my very first Stirling soaps, so I bought a puck rather than a tub. I’ve been worried that my future tub purchase will only be “average” Stirling awesome instead of “above great” awesome.

The only caveat is that my puck and your tub might have come from the same batch. Maybe Rod can weigh in on why Ozark has the extra mojo.

There’s nothing like a frozen face from the Glacial MITA soap, the Glacial Unscented balm, and the Arctique. BBS and so enjoyable!

I know that it's menthol Monday, but my 4yo specifically requested Sharp Dressed Man. How could I possibly say no to someone with impeccable taste? I could have used Eskimo Tuxedo but he never asks me for much. (Unless he sees a toy commercial! Lol)

    Stirling D-503 Soap and AS

First shave with the Stirling D-503 set, based on Mont Blanc Legend. The official scent description is:

With a fresh blend of citrus and lavender, followed by a mixture of floral/earthy notes in the middle like geranium, rose, dried fruit, and oakmoss. The base of this is woody with a blend of sandalwood, evernyl, and tonka.
I get a lot of bright citrus and floral off the top followed by the heavier florals(rose, geranium) and a bit of fruityness. I don't pickup any of the woodsy bases or oakmoss or even the lavender for that matter. I must say that this fragrance lives in the top notes, once those fade not much is left behind. I also don't get a very masculine vibe from this one, it feels more feminine in nature and of an older generation at that. Unfortunately D-503 is not a winner for me. The performance, however, was typical Stirling greatness and made for a very nice shave.

Great review Andrew. This is one of the scents I was looking at on Black Friday. Now I'm glad I didn't't pull the trigger.

With my rotation, I may be in line for 5 straight soap/brush shaves using Stoylin soaps. Would probably begin next week sometime. That's a heckuva way to get set for the 2019 Stoylin Tony Awards :).
