During a nice little PM with @Bird Lives I was reminded of a black handled early E2 that I haven’t shaved with in a long time. Soooo, here it is. From the first stroke it was smooth as a feather. Fantastic shave.

Thats too bad neither of you liked Project Leather. It is a bit different than one would suspect, is on the sweet side but one of my favorite WK scents (along with KoO which has a similar sweet scent).

 

Is that an 80's Old Spice deodorant stick I spy in the back round? Nice.

 

Lol it is, the deodorant dried out, so I got a vintage puck of old spice, slowly melted it and formed it into a shave stick.

 

That's genius. I never thought of that. I own a few deodorants that aren't dried out from the 80's. I guess they were stored well. I'm trying to preserve them by sealing them in plastic bags and then in an air-tight container. Hopefully I can get another 10 years out of them with very rare use and leaning on talc-powder over unscented deo on most of the uses I have with the vintage set.
