    A photo-less SOTD today:

    Neutrogena Men Facial Wash
    Razorock Plissoft 26mm Monster
    Goodfella/Derby day 2
    Reitzer SS
    Prep ASB
    Booster Mosswood AS Splash
    Aramis EdT

Great shave with this Goodfella which is very mild, but astounds me with its ability to perform so well on a tough beard like mine. The Reitzer soap needs to be bloomed, and by doing that it gives such rich, super-slick lather with a lovely old-school scent. The Prep balm I have, like the Reitzer is also from South Africa and it’s so wonderful - its soothing, moisturizing, and cooling are fantastic. The Booster Mosswood aftershave gave me its delightful barbershop scent which I love so much and makes my wife scream bloody murder every time she smells it! Lolll

    Prep: Warm Shower-Stirling Vanilla Sandalwood
    Soap: Reef Point Submariner
Razor: Gillette Super Adjustable “Black Beauty”
    Blade: Gillette Silver Blue (1)
    Brush: Turtleship Silvertip-24mmx55mm
    Aftershave: Reef Point Submariner

WTG-XTG-ATG (adjusted angles for my beard)

Reef Point Submariner today. 20 seconds to load the Turtleship Silvertip brush. Easy, thick, slick, lather. I loaded a new Gillette Silver Blue in the Gillette “Black Beauty”. Excellent smooth, close, shave. I finished with Reef Point Submariner aftershave.

    Razor - techmatic
    Brush - semogue boar
    Soap - Razorock XXX
    post - Medicated witch hazel
    A/S - vintage 4711

Bbs smooth. the techmatic is a great shaver at higher settings and a tad too mild at the low setting. I’m diggin it something fierce! It’s what a cart should be and more. They should revisit this.

I wouldn't mind trying the 0.70 base plate at some point. Do you like it better than the original?? I've read some comparisons between the different Mamba and GC base plates. I don't see the 0.70 base plate as an option to buy separately from Italian Barber.

Hi Josh Right now the only option is to buy it as a full razor. Its been a while since I've used the original Mamba so its hard to compare them. The .70 was just as smooth as the original as I remember it but perhaps just a touch more blade feel and efficiency.

    Supply V1 razor
    Personna blade
    FS Silver tip brush
    Taconic Eucalyptus Mint SC
    Osage Rub/Witch Hazel w/aloe
    Taconic Eucalyptus Mint A/S

1st go with the Supply V1 which I just received yesterday after having won it online. It came with the "Classic" setting plate. The shave went well but, of course, I will need to familiarize myself with it more. So my week of SE's is postponed and I'll work with the Supply razor the rest of the week. Anyway, time will tell with this razor but so far, so good. Now go enjoy your day folks.

The supply provision razor will definitely reward you with good shaves after getting the hang of it. It works a little better with Chinese and vintage Schick blades if you have a coarser beard (like I do) in my opinion. I've also posted somewhere else regarding the use of twin blades in it. You must take it apart to put one in of course. Interesting shave indeed. Enjoy.

Okay interesting... I'll keep an eye out for them, maybe that'll change in the future. I definitely don't NEED another full razor (especially if you ask my wife), so a base plate would be better. Thanks for the insight.

Every time I use this razor, I'm reminded just how good it is.
    Ditto with the soap.

The green mug with the Stirling label is pretty cool. I will probably label my mugs like this somehow.

    Pears Transparent Soap (preshave)
    Palmolive Classic Shave Stick
    Miusco Badger Brush
    Late 40's Gillette Superspeed
    Gillette 7 O'Clock Super Platinum (4)
    Thayer's Original Witch Hazel
    Proraso Red Aftershave

For my skin/beard, I think this blade reaches it's final usable output at 4 shaves. I finished with needing too many touchups for my liking. Completed the shave with a BBS, but resulted in red irritation on the lower neck. I guess it matches the natural tone of the back of my neck now...
