    SOTD 12212018.gif Had busy day yesterday. Not too busy to skip a shave, but only now getting in to post. Really enjoying the large Corelle bowl full of hot water with the suribachi floating in the middle make shift scuttle. Lather happened in a rich thick decadent manner with the handle of Tom's R400 homage holding the heat. First stroke with the DE told me that blade was done. Popped in a freshie, relathered, and got my three passes + clean up done in short order. Scored a DFS or better with the high alcohol Pinaud going on smooth and generally sting free. Daughter had to work today in her usual schedule, so I've got three grands underfoot as I prepare the house for out of town company. Clean up three messes while they make four more. Yeehaw!

    This shave represents the season as well as the generosity of TSD 30 DC members. The handle from @jtspartan, the knot from @Douglas Carey and the shave cream from @PLAla came together for a wonderful 3 pass shave. I hope everyone has a great Saturday.

    works s0far. ,didn t dissipate. nice lather ,like the scent, its not like a super soap ,i used the balm after which is nice,presentation is good if you have the wood bowl.not disappointed..
