    Razor - Lady Pomco
    Blade - voshkod
Brush - badger w/ custom cedar handle
    Soap - Palmolive
    Post - Medicated witch hazel
    A/S - clubman special reserve

Well turns out I lost the battle with trying to convert the wifey to DE shaving. She cut herself and said enough is enough. Lol so I shaved with the razor and its an awesome shave.

    Today’s shave
    [IMG]

Razor - black super speed ( birth year )
    Blade - feather
    Brush - jayaruh 171
    Soap - DR Harris Marlborough
    Post -peach witch hazel
    A/S - pinaud Musk

Great shave. I started with a used voshkod and well that blade sucked bad, so I put in a used feather and it felt great!

    Prep: Musgo Real Oakmoss
    Razor: Wilkinson Sticky
    Blade: GSB
    Brush: RR BC Plissoft
    Soap: Deluxe Shaving- Woodbridge
    Post: Fine- American Blend A/S

Very plesent shave this morning. Went with Deluxe Shaving which i believe went out of business recently, not positive but their stock is all sold out. They offer both creams & soaps, this one is their cream which is a firm croap consistancy. Their soap is a little bit firmer but both could barketed as soap.

Scent of Woodbridge is heavy lavender with cedarwood and oakmoss background. Scent strength is fairly strong and reminds me quite a bit of Square One Soapworks Blue Bayou. Nice fresh lavender is a scent i have grown to appreciate thanks to wet shaving.

Performance of this cream/soap is quite good, surprises me each time i use their products. Cream lathers quickly and building a lather is no problem. This formula also contains Olive Oil yet no stabilitity issues at all. Shave went well and slickness was top notch. Post shave feel was nice and moisturized, a bit heavier than yesterdays shave. Finished off with Fine AB which smells great. Hope everyone had a swell shave!

    Decadent December!!

Razor - Gillette Super Adjustable Shorty
    Blade - [IMG] (1)
Soap - Stirling 2018 Fair Debonaire St. Louis
    Brush - The Canuck
    Post - Alum

My only late night for the week is done and so is the shave. Decadence Canadian style tonight! I broke out the short handled Gillette Super Adjustable on loan from the frozen north and also the Canuck for the brush. Not a bad combo, eh? For the soap I used the Stirling LE from this summer in St. Louis. It's not Canadian but it does feature a French word so we can pretend it's from Quebec. It was also made in Arkansas. They have pine trees in Arkansas. They have pine trees in Canada. Close enough for government work. The blade? Well, no denying it's a Russian. A fantastic Russian. Perhaps the best Russian.

I took my time and enjoyed this one. The razor on setting "Me" was smooth as silk with the Sharp Star and it only took two passes and some touch up to get the baby in the house. I did a quick third pass even after that just to enjoy the scent of the soap and the feel of the brush. I'm liking the SynBad knot. Soft yet lots of backbone. And the fan shape lets you really lather up quick. Nice shave to end a busy day and lead into a little less hectic of a week.

Tomorrow is Monday! I have a short day of it then off for the holiday. Hope you and yours have a very safe and happy time together. I would expect things to slow down a bit here as everyone spends time with family. Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays, Happy Festivus, Enjoy Saturnalia - I don't care what you call it - make it a happy one!

    Pears Glycerine Soap
    Proraso Sensitive Preshave Cream
    Stirling Glacial Wintergreen Soap
    Yaqi 24mm Timberwolf Brush
    Weishi 2.0 Adjustable (5,6.7) with a Gillette 7 O'Clock PermaSharp
    Witch Hazel
    Nivea 2 Phase AS
    Palmers Unfragranced Moisturiser
    Spice Bomb PO

The Wintergreen was so cold....it almost hurt......but I needed something to clear my head. As usual when I am about to have a couple of days off...I seem to go down with something.
I have now used the Weishi Adjustable in all of the higher settings. Its not like a Futur at the higher end.....not scary aggressive but the efficiency increases to give smooth, very close and very safe shaves. It is a winner for me!

3 passes for a super BBS Shave and I could have stopped with 2.:)
