Menthol Monday's Shave

My prep was just a cold water rinse. The Fine Snake Bite Shaving Soap face lathered well with the Jayaruh #217 brush. I did two passes with the AutoStrop A1 Safety Razor with a Modified Gem SE blade and ended up with a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse, I finished off with Osage Rub. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

Contacted Supply last Thursday about getting a V2 3 dot plate and had it Saturday at no cost to me. That is great service!! Used the new combo today and got a nice nice shave. It's a bit more aggressive and shaves me better than the V1 2 dot plate. Gonna use it all week but think we have a winner folks. Now go finish your shopping and enjoy your day

This morning's shave was a repeat of yesterday, thus finishing off the WSP Mahogany(soap)-Aqua Velva Musk(A.S.)set. I had the Crown King 26mm Spindle Duro Tali brush. I'm just glad CVS has the AV Musk-I'll need a couple more to get through the Mahogany.

 

Is the Tobacco in "Leaf" form as well? I've decided straight up tobacco ain't for me.

 

Yeah I agree, great shave gear and even better service. Patrick and I have emailed several times regarding their razor (I'm a big fan, probably using it tonight lol) and I chose to be on their Movember team this year. Lots of fun! Money donated to a good cause. Happy continued shaves!
