Nice soothing shave this morning. Decided to bring a little light on this somewhat unknown artisan. They are from Eastern Europe (Serbia perhaps) and are triple milled, which is something you rarely see with artisan soaps. Scents are light and natural and would be great for a person with sensitive skin. Comes in a small metal tin with ingredient list on the bottom.

Scent of Rosa is a light green Rose scent a little stronger than Klar Kabinett, the 2 are a similar kind of Rose scent while still being different, if that makes sense.

Performance is quite good. Small dab of soap produced plenty of lather and still had some soap leftover.triple milled so soap longevity should not be a issue if stored properly. Lather is not thirsty and did not require much water to get the correct consistancy i look for in lather. Soap risnes clean with no residue or noticable post shave.

I dont recall ever having a shave soap dry out my face, so am becoming less concerned with post shave feel with each shave. Plus i usually use some sort of aftershave or balm, so the post shave feel is only relevant for a short period of time. Slickness and a bit of blade cushion are much more important to get a decent shave IMO.

I'm not sure if it is still available, Chiseled Face took it from their inventory a while back. Havent checked in a while, but hopefully it is still available. Had a sample of the A/S and really liked the sweet slightly woodsy scent.

I stayed as Canadian as I could again tonight. The short handled Super Adjustable, the 3o DE brush by our own @jtspartan , and even the soap can tie into Canada. MWF - English. They used to own North America. Close enough. The blade? Still Russian and proud.

I was just after a very nice and enjoyably decadent shave for Christmas Eve and I found it. The Fat lathered up to its usual glorious self. I'm getting lathers that are comparable to Stirling mutton tallow. Slick and very protective. Luxurious feeling in the hand when squeezing out the brush. Two totally smooth passes with just a bit of neck touch up for a BBS finish and my face feels lanolin great! It's a great way to end the day as Santa approaches.

It's going to be a bath and a mighty shave with my favorite Bay Rum scent. I will continue to try and get the PAA SS DOC to give the shave I believe it can. Merry Christmas everyone!

***EDIT - The shave with the PAA SS DOC razor went better than the previous shave. There was still some irritation, mostly left over from Sunday's tallow-reaction that is taking time to fully heal on my neck. So, my shaves have been super-controlled until the sensitivity clears up.
