Evening all! Ray...yep...short lived but fun while it lasted. Still awaiting 1 package...the Musgo Real which I really was wanting the most! you will be amazed who pops their head in this thread though Really want to have some kick ass dodge ball tourney going or something. I received my Noxzema SC today Rolls will be jealous! What a deal! Smells ....eh? medicated? At least i have some though and nobody else does.

Ray ...big TSD order today and got the blueberry and cotton candy! What the hell! Off to playing pool and drinking beer with the neighbors. Not the one that devours the jerky thank god. I got Rolls new batch brewing right now and glad to see the last batch was a hit for you Tracy That was good but it can get much better! Yall take care and hope Rolls stays away from Batman and moldy bread.

Glad you're all caught up. I just got an order from the Den today. Checked the tracking, it said it was delivered an hour before. Sure enough, moseyed on out to the mailbox and there it was! I placed the order on Monday or Tuesday. Very, very quick turnaround. No wonder JoAnna makes herself sick...

TSD AS Splash Bay Rum w/ allantoin, a bunch of 7 O'clock blacks, a couple yellows, and De Vergulde Hand soap...

yeah, I was given 5 of the yellows, and had 4 of the blacks that came free from my (mistaken) purchase of greens. I meant to order the yellows, but accidentally ordered the greens, and the blacks came free. It turned out to be a good mistake because I liked the blacks the best. I figured I'd order a few more packs of yellows just to give them a fair shake, though.

I've never tried the TSD A/S Splash, much less with the allantoin, but I've read around that people seemed to like the allantoin, so I figured why not. Haha, I have no idea what it is or what it's supposed to do though.

 

okay, so there are 7 O'clock yellows, greens, and blacks...any others I need to try?

 

Actually there are two types of greens, stainless, and permasharp. I don't think the stainless are coated.

 

okay, so I need to find 4 different 7 O'clocks now?

I'm only seeing 3 here, though...
oh, and I'm not worried that the stainless aren't coated, I'm in Texas, you rarely need more than a light jacket...

 

to add, also don't confuse them with 7am blades, either.

Where do you get the uncoated greens? I've only come across the PermaSharps.

Jim, if you want I can mail you some of each to try. I've got some PermaSharp (green), SharpEdge (yellow), and Super Platinum (black)...

Sniped again. This time on a '61 fatboy. Scored some NOS The Spoiler blades to make up for it. Combine that with the '67 slim I bought from Scotty, and this was really a decent weekend after all. Now hurry up, you USPS, you!

also, on an unrelated note, anyone want to try Dorco 301s? I've tried both types, and neither do well for me, I have 3 full packs and 1 with 2-3 blades missing (can't remember if I've used 3 or not).

 

First one up and probably feel the worst. Even drank 2 qts of water, 2 goodies, and ate a bunch of jerky and pickles last night. I am a part time smoker....well after beer 6 and I basically chain smoke....I think that doesnt help the hangover out a bit. Also drank different beers....train wreck! I cant wait for the Noxzema shave. Damn this stuff better be good since it smells like crap or Noxzema. It smells just like the damn cream? Rodd, Sorry the package didnt arrive...yours and Tracy's went out the same time and he got his yesterday....go figure? I will try to list the TSD order but mostly samples of course and a couple new full size soaps.

walked into a buzz saw at work this morning. Big happenings last night. Got all we can do on that done already so settleing into the routine. I hear the bunny maybe going back to night shift.. WOOHOO!!!!!!!!!!!

I was still drunk at 4:30....glad work is good for you So you like the night shift.

 

I much prefer nights.. more to do, better cases.. and I sleep much better in the morning. Plus if there is something I need to do i get it done in the day time.

I worked overnight for a while and it messed my schedule up bad. I even put the foil on the windows to keep the light out but still couldnt get my eating schedule right or anything. My days off I would go to sleep at 10AM and get up at 2 pm so I could hang out with the GF and friends and always trying to adjust. Or I would stay up all night playing video games and smoking grass. I was in management as well so average day was 10-11 hours so I was eating twice a day if that. Dropped alot of weight. It was also weird waking up at 6 pm sometimes, showering , and heading out to dinner and drinking ? Your body just isnt supposed to do that stuff. I sure dont miss it though.

 

I have spent so much time working nights in the Security business that i am more use to it. Does make it harder with a GF or whatever that is on different schedule. But it works out. I much much much prefer nights. We work 12's here.


Wish I had the cash to take the SC off your hands.. but with buying the TOMs and the TBS from Shep, I have spent all I have for this paycheck.
