That sounds like a busy weekend, Clint. At least you have some fun time planned, though. Happy Birthday to Asha, and Roll Tide!

The Cats and Cards face off in basketball tomorrow afternoon. My Bride, who is the basketball fan in our house, has informed me that we will watch the game. :)

Yes, they do. Would like to know the story behind the photo.

How is your daughter, Terry? I'm praying for her and your future grand daughter. And you know we want to see photos of all those sweet grand kids, right?

Every one is fine, except a little sore.

@NCoxSTL, if we count off in teams of 3, we could try this at a future meet up. It'll be our version of the bro hug.

I'm very glad to hear this, Terry. This is fantastic news!

I had to look up the guys in the photo, and this is what I found. Sounds like they'd fit in pretty well with us here.

A gangster family epic set in 1919 Birmingham, England; centered on a gang who sew razor blades in the peaks of their caps, and their fierce boss Tommy Shelby.

Well if we send Brian and Adam shopping again they'll bring back enough straights for everyone to use! Sounds like we have plan!

Paul, my Bride roots for both teams during the season. I think she'll be rooting a little harder for the Cards tomorrow, though. ;) Do you follow any college teams?

Interesting. I own two tubs of First Canadian, have had two of Tcheon Fung Sing and a Razorock but have never seen these crystals before.

Not many of the MAJOR ones.....now that Harvard has greatly improved its basketball, I like them. (Course I like 'em in ALL sports). I was a Georgetown fan the years Patrick Ewing played for them. My Mom had Ewing as a student in a remedial reading program here in Cambridge(the school is near Harvard). In fact, Charlie, Ewing is the coach at Georgetown now.

    December 28 SOTD:

    Razor: Koraat
    Brush: PAA Starcraft
    Lather: PAA High Jump 47
    Aftershave: PAA High Jump 47

My first shave since last Thursday, so I figured a straight was in order. Perhaps a little tugging with this blade, but it has been so long since I have used a straight, I am a bit out of practice. I still got a DFS on two passes.

It has been a great vacation with my family, but pretty busy. The honey do list had been building up, and the kids always have something going on. I am hopelessly behind on the thread, so if anyone wants to give me a summary of the past week, it would be much appreciated. I hope everyone has been doing well.
