British Aristocrat - plating question

I got the British Aristocrat (15,16 or 22 depending on the case) 430.030 razor which I need to have re-plated. It's had a wash but you can see from the photo's, the handle is in nice condition while the head is not so good and appears to be a different metal plating. Does anyone know if the British Aristrocrat's were all Rhodium? They certainly appear to be from all the information that I can find, but the head on mine does not look like the handle.

Has anyone used Alpha electo-plating in Sheffield, England?

No from what I understand the aluminum versions only the handle was Rhodium plated and heads done in Nickel. Brass was all Rhodium. You'd have to weigh the razor to confirm, it should be somewhere around 36 - 40 grams if aluminum or 68 - 72 grams if brass.

It is definitely brass and was full Rhodium plated. I goofed on the weight estimate but the aluminum and brass models do vary by about 30 to 40 grams.

Oh! I hadn't spotted that the OP's was a flat 2nd (?) Gen... mine is a later 4th(?). I've never seen them done in anything but full rhodium

I read a thread on B&B about how the later ones could be full rhodium or rhodium handle/nickel head. Think there's some that are full nickel too...

There's a flat plate version that's lighter too. Only one model was 82g, some are in the low 70s.

Maybe I have a similar one, from the Coronation Set. It definitely is a nickel plated head. I only have analogue kitchen scales that measure in increments of 20 it was a touch under 80 grams, but 79 grams might not be exactly right. Oh no, hang on. The #66 has a diamond plate, doesn't it?

What do you mean by 'Diamond Plate', in the 4th generation description, please?
Mine has a solid TTO knob. I didn't realise there were quite so many. Thank you for all the information.
