Shaved with the Noxzema with a feather blade. Holy $%@! . BBS DFS! I am actually.......going to shave with it for the entire week! The same setup, slim adj, kent bk4, feather blade, Nox cream and Speick AS. The Nox is very nice stuff but I wont hype it up too much since it is unobtainable.

 

So is the Noxema Lather Shave completely discontinued or only temporarily unavailable, Rolls? I think I remember seeing something about that recently.

 

Meh meh and meh... off my game today. Shave *result* was good, but it felt like too much work this time 'round. Still with the Williams, and it didn't want to play nice today. bubbly and foamy, but limp and runny.

Gonna go scout out Kroger (finally) for the KMF stuff. Maybe stop by Soap Opera for some Conk's bay rum soap.

Dom, from what the info I have obtained, the UK branch of P&G has disontinued the product until they can finalize all the particulars of the new contracts they are making. This is all due to the sell-off they did recently. They say they will resume production sometime next year. Why it is going to take that long? Notta clue..........

 

so woot.com had a 42" LCD today for $650. I finally talked my wife in to the OK, check back in and it had just sold out. Bummer.

Hey, say what you will but the AV generated a lot of interest...on both sides of the debate. Floid is less well known. I don't expect a lot of activity this week. Hopefully it will convince a few to try it though. Always nice when I can be an influence on somebodies shave cabinet expansion!

There wont be too much discussion on those. If it was more affordable or was sold in smaller sized decants I could see it being more popular. 400ml is $36? not shipped? sell 50 ml bottles and people would jump on it. I for one am not going to fork over that kind of $$ for a monster bottle of stuff that might smell like crap. I took a chance with the AI and luckily I like it. It is also expensive to ship the bottles of AS. If I had time on my hand I would love to open an AS decant store for the masses but not with my negative income

 

I might have just angered the Bunny over on his eBay rant thread. Somebody get the carrot stew ready. I may have to appease him.

 

Oh he will be OK The entire ebay thing is stupid, especially with the collectable razors b/c you have so many different type people bidding on them. The market kind of fell out of them though so its not quite as bad. I have been selling alot lately and I actually like the snipers and competition personally.

 

Friday's and Saturday's attempts at getting a slim or fatboy off the bay just left me grouchy. My fault for trying to lowball the bid.

Looking forward to trying those Gillette Spoiler blades, though. By all appearances, there's plenty more to be had. Good for me if I end up liking those blades.
