My burger of choice is Burger of the Gods from Alton Brown. Cast iron griddle on medium heat.

It is by far the best burger I've ever had. Kicks the ass of any $8 burger from the Chilis, Applebees, Ruby Tuesday crowd.

I'm looking forward to giving the GF grill a go, but this no temp setting has me wondering. It obviously attains one temp and that's it. I guess they've got it regulated as a catch all temp huh?

 

Yeah, I think it works more on time...

I swore I would never get a foreman, because I typically grill outside year round, better flavor and all, but it got so cold this winter that my wife and I got one of these
It can be used as a grill, griddle, or panini press. Works great. Still like the flavor of real grilling, but this is perfect for those occasions where you need to eat quick, or it is too cold out.

 

Just finished catching up on Fuzzy's ebay rant thread. You know what I like about TSD? Even threads that get controversial stay civil for the most part. Oh sure there's a few snarky comments here and there, but nothing over the top or outright cruel. People state their case. Others state theirs. A little back and forth disagreement. Everybody moves on to the next thing. You know...like adults. Go through the thread history here and you won't find many locked threads unlike some other places.

Kudos TSD'ers.

I've looked at those, but settled on one of these, and love it

I got the basic history behind the problem w/ razor&brush, but what was the issue w/ Connaught Shaving? And I'm not trying to start something. Just curious is all. Never heard what the supposed problem was with them.
